...Punted wide.

West Ham really rocking the possession. 75% now. Keep it together - draw at half time would be good enough for now... Free kick to West Ham...
-
This will be all West Ham now. Keep the faith though... Wes Morgan important block from Vaz Te...
-
Mother ****ing **** bastards.
-
Good block by Marshall. West Ham pressing... **** **** **** **** ****
-
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
West Ham looking dangerous on the counter attack. Lloyd Dyer is a robot but I do think he could influence this game, one way or another. Yellow card for O'Neill. Skate bastard.
-
Handball there from West Ham. Leicester doing Ok but just not clicking. 50% possession each. Close from Nolan....
-
Beckford close from a Dyer cross!! Ooooohhhh
-
Wellens off, Dyer on.
-
Nearly a quarter of the way through the game, still all square, still hoping!
-
Leicester temporarily down to ten - Wellens injured. ..

Great tackle Wes Morgan!

Watching the game now, Leicester's passing not great but at least they're trying to get forward. West Ham looking dangerous thus far. Just had a Tikka Masala which is normally delicious. This one blew my mouth off. The weather here is cold and wet. As is the missus. Come on Leicester City Football Club, do Matt Oakley a favour...
-
No keeper on the bench for West Ham. Come on Nugent, nice crunching tackle on Green in the first minute please. SNSUN does not endorse the deliberate injuring of players...

If we were guaranteed a win on Saturday, then I'd choose a West Ham win tonight, especially as I'll be richer for it. Realistically though I'd MUCH rather West Ham fail to win tonight, thus handing us promotion. 5 stressless days rather than crapping ourselves sleepless every night for the next week? 5 extra days of celebration please - and I can take my "Saints got promoted" flag from last season into work tomorrow! (I'll change the years of course...) Incidentally, we could well finish 8 points clear of West Ham, and we'd wonder what all the worry was about!

Player of Saints season, Player of the Championship, Player of the lower league era for Saints. Worthy of his place on the top of the forum. Rickie.

I'm glad to see people putting bets on a West Ham win! Either the bookies will take a raping tonight or we'll be celebrating promotion! I'm tempted to add to my £250 bet actually, so sure that I am that West Ham will win tonight...

Me too. Stand to win a small fortune (for me) if West Ham win - but I couldn't give a stuff about the money so long as Leicester win or draw. YES, it would be nice for us to have to win it at St Marys on Saturday, but I'd be much more comfortable (and there'd be a much better party atmosphere for you lucky lot going) if West Hams challenge ended tonight. While Leicester haven't got anything to play for, I still think they'd want to play this game as if they were the title favourites that they were at the start of the season. The two biggest underachievers in the league fighting it out to see if the biggest overachievers can get promoted! I'll be watching.

Our favourite Saints to be promoted on the day of our favourite Saint. (Besides plastic paddys.)

He's showing the reason why I would never want MLT anywhere near the Saints managerial hotseat. A once club legend potentially ridiculed in the press? No thanks. Liverpool are shocking, I'm hoping Norwich finish above them. (For my missus's sake of course...) That said, if they do go on and win the FA Cup, which is very doable, their season would actually have been rather good!

I genuinely felt sorry for him when i saw his post match interview. He was very emotional and was desperately fighting to hold back the tears, all while the reporter kept going with the questions. He obviously cares very much for the club. Kudos to the Wolves fans though, according to TalkSport they were in high spirits and singing about Barnsley. I guess they've had a few weeks to come to terms with their fate though. I do still wonder whether they'd have had a chance with McCarthy still in charge. Funny, because at the start of the season, when they signed Johnson, I tipped them to stay up. Shows what I know.

1) Lambert. ...scroll down, scroll down... a distant second... 2) Jos 3) Lallana
-
Lambert's signings have been quality lower league players - he really has an eye for players that can make it in the Prem from the lower leagues. If we go up, Adkins will need to prove he can make the signings that will push us on to the next level as, and I know we all love him, Cortese won't wait too long before bringing in someone with Premier League experience IMO. (Although Adkins has more than earned his right to manage us at that level.)

Championship team: Kelvin Davis (Southampton), Nathaniel Clyne (Crystal Palace), James Tomkins (West Ham), Curtis Davies (Birmingham), Ian Harte (Reading), Adam Lallana (Southampton), Peter Whittingham (Cardiff), Mark Noble (West Ham), Matt Phillips (Blackpool), Rickie Lambert (Southampton), Jay Rodriguez (Burnley). There's a few we could pilfer from there if we go up but congratulations to our three, especially Kelvin. I'm sceptical of how well he will do if we go up but I'd give him at least half a season to prove he's still good enough. (That is unless we make one hell of a keeper signing in the summer...) I see Ched Evans made the League One TOTY...
