Keeper aside, and switching De Ridder and Forte to the other's flanks, but that team would do Portsmouth very well in League Two next season!

Thanks for that, I keep meaning to get it but funds are tight!

+1 x a million. A great storyline and wonderful artwork, even if the gameplay was a little lacking. I still have the game but can no longer get it work on modern PC's. This was a shame as I really wanted to play it again, until I realised someone had put the whole walkthrough on YouTube. Still I'd have always loved a sequel with Glottis and co. Some of the LucasArts designers from their adventure game series went on to create TellTale games, which made the recent Back To The Future game. (Which had a good story but terrible gameplay.)

The thing I'll say about this is, when Clyne went out for a couple of games this season, it was Cork that filled in at right back and not Richardson. That makes me wonder if they could see he's not up to it.

On our run up the leagues, he did make a valuable contribution of goals and assists, and we shouldn't forget that. It's not his fault that he's a lower league player in the Premier League, he's just a victim of our success. He's far from the worst player we've had over the years.

Wow, coming up for a chant from him would need an Ivor Novello award-winning song writer.

Promotion from the Championship. We were the biggest (and perhaps best) team in the JPT and League One, so that was expected and not a shock, and we clearly had the talent to stay up this year, no matter how hairy it's been. To get promoted from the Championship though in our maiden season in it, that took some doing with largely the players we had in League One. A nod to Adkins here, of course.

I'd rather be in the Championship and wouldn't mind if we got relegated this season.

...and is not good enough yet for Premier League football. (based on one cup appearance)

If I was about to detonate two bombs, the last place I'd want to be is right next to the explosions, I'd be at least a block away, at least. Little escape from up there too...

Could just be a spectator...

...and now the wife gets "bored" of the BBC News coverage and turns on Mike and Molly. I swear if the UK received the 4 minute warning, we'd be dead because there'd be an episode of The Following on or some sh*t and we wouldn't know about it...

http://news.sky.com/story/1078597/boston-marathon-explosions-three-killed 3 dead according to Sky and ball bearings found on the street BBC saying the Associated Press have said 2 dead and 22 injured. Are Sky scaremongering or are the BBC slow with their information?

Reports saying police will do "controlled explosions"...

Depends on the circumstances - I doubt they'd cancel or postpone it, but I certainly think they'll step up security. Just seen the footage of some runners carrying on after the explosions - one wonders if they're running from the bomb or determined to finish after 26 gruelling miles...

London Marathon on Sunday too - most worrying. Terrible news - can I follow it on Sky? No, Eastenders is on. TF for tinternet. Legs blown off. Eek.

Perhaps permanent signings are better than loan signings as they're more comitted to the club. I think Michael Antonio had a positive effect on us though, as he was a young player eager to get first team league football under his belt. We had a few shockers in the bleak years though...

Why are our odds and West Hams odds so different? We're level on points, similar goal difference and only a place apart in the table! Does that mean they have more faith in us than the Hammers to stay up?

Jos has improved, and far from hoofing it up the pitch on Saturday I thought he looked to play the ball out more than I've seen before. But I do think he isn't the answer to the centre back slot. I prefer Fonte alongside Yoshida - and questions still need to be asked about Forren. He made the bench a couple of games ago, is it Jos's form that now keeps him out, or the worry of upsetting a form team by including him that keeps him out? Also, I'd like to know how many points Gazzaniga cost us earlier in the season. His fumble of Snodgrass's free kick earlier in the season still lingers in the memory. He has potential but he was thrust into the side very early while the rest of the team were still learning the Premier League ropes.

vs Swansea - Draw (This game really could go either way so I sat on the fence.) vs West Brom - Win (Their season is over and a home game against them should suit us.) vs Spurs - Lose (One of those we predict a loss but could just as easily go and spank them after recent form against big teams) vs Sunderland - Lose (Improved performance yesterday, I wondered what effect Di Canio would have and it seems to have been positive) vs Stoke - Win. (Surely, it has to be a win here - could send Stoke down IMO.) 7 points, 45 overall. 12th/13th something like that.

If you could get one play in now who would it be? Realistic options

Right now? Right this moment in time? Kone, to derail Wigan's great escape. All the relegation strugglers are picking up points except Wigan because of their cup run, and nicking one of their key players would not help in their quest to earn points. As in the summer? A big centre back beast with talent please, or an attacking midfieder to play in the 3. -
Our form is good, there's isn't. They're at home, both teams play good football. I can see this ending in a draw, which would be another useful point, though if our ambition is a top half finish, we need to beat them. More spark in attack from us than today and we'll have the 3 points we need to level with them.
