I've been to five games this season, have tickets for two more (Mk Dons and Pompey) but would love to go to more but have to work them around my shift work. If we get to Wembley, it's one of those games that people will go out of their way to get to. I've got the date of the JPT Final written in my diary, and I'm working, but if we get there, I will use one of my precious annual leave days (we only get 52 a year!) and go. Trips to Wembley to watch Saints don't come along all the time.

It was my understanding that there was NO extra time in JPT games. You mean penalties... Incidentally I've liked the JPT this season. DOing shift work, I can only get to a handful of games, and I very much enjoyed the Norwich game. (More so due to that last minute goal, and an angry other half...) If we get a trip to Wembley, most Saints fans will be happy with that, whatever the outcome!

I sat in the Chapel on Boxing Day. It was rubbish. I'm giving it one last chance against the Dons in the second leg, otherwise I'll be sitting where I feel most at home - in the Kingsland.

I'm not a private school educated snob, if anything I would've rather gone to state school, but I do have problems with other people's grammar. I tend to pick up on it, even my girlfriends grammer, and it does irritate others. Many people I know get me to proof read documents and essays and other stuff because they know I'll pick up on things. Reading through Matt Le Tissier's autobiography, I noticed countless mistakes. That said, I am a texter and an emailer and even I use what I call "modern shorthand". Using capitals on a phone is a waste of time, the problem is that it does drag my usually high standards down!

It's the "who currently does not have a girlfriend" bit at the end of the last paragraph that made me laugh!

It's all meh to me. I drive down so can't drink, so I always tend to get to the ground an hour before kick off anyway. Eating a delicious burger van burger always puts me in the mood for a game...

TBF, if people turn up for a 7 ko, they get an extra 45 minutes in the shop. :-D It's not like it's the other way around (i.e. the tickets saying 7:45 and the game actually kicking off at 7)

I got my MK Dons tickets a week ago online and I don't have a season ticket or anything. As long as I get my ticket, I don't complain. I sneakily tried to get Portsmouth tickets too, but fell at the final hurdle! Worth a try...

When I was at the Exeter game there was a bloke in the Chapel that was clearly smashed and screaming abuse at the Exeter fans. FFS they AREN'T going to hear it across the bloody pitch! You want to do that, sit in the damn Northam or Itchin North!
