I'd be suprised if the MK Dons game was a sell out, if MK Dons haven't been able to sell all their tickets, maybe more blocks will be open for us. I'd also be suprised if Wembley tickets (should we get there) didn't go on general sale, it's a bloody big stadium. I do have tickets for both games, but if I could only afford one of the games, it would've been the Dons game as I'd LOVE to see our boys play at Wembley.

Cyprus. My olds have owned a couple of properties out there for about 8 years and I'm the only one in my entire family (extended family too, and their friends) that hasn't yet been. (Laziness, expense, passport issues etc etc) This year though, my girlfriend and I will be jetting off to Paphos, as my Dad says he's selling up next year. Might as well enjoy it while they have it.

It sounds to me like they stil hold hope of staying up, the "Rupert Lowe mentality" we had last year when holding off on administration until too late. By signing players, Portsmouth are literally increasing their own debt, but IMO they believe they can stay up which, of course, makes a huge difference in income rather than getting relegated. Of course you can see it, I can see it, the world can see it, everybody can see it except PFC that they're doomed. I don't want them to go bust, no supporter no matter how inbred or moronic they may be, deserves to see one of their passions in life cease to exist. (Damn you Windsor Snooker Club, damn you to hell.)

As long as the game goes ahead (just got my tickets), I don't care what happens to them afterwards...

Agree, this was one of his "weaker" months, but it has made up for him missing out on the months when I thought he should have won it. I'd be suprised if he even won our own Player of the Month competition - I would say that it would be close between Fonte, Mills and Antonio.

This'll be my first and I'm looking forward to it. I've booked my hotel for Friday and Saturday night because I'm fed up of driving down, watching the game, and driving home sober. I want to do it like you lot, pints before the game, during the game, and after the game! (And I'm dragging my missus with me :-))

Having sat there vs Exeter, I would say that if anything needs moving it's the Family bit. Perhaps that's why people are so against sitting in the Chapel - Kids like getting autographs, stick the family stand in the Itchin and then the Chapel can be full of rowdy, singing, swearing drunks. I would happily sit there then! :-D

A good article, although Saints aren't my local club. Ok, I was born just one county away in Berkshire, but my reasons for supporting them for the last twenty one years don't stem from them being my local club, nor do any of my friends and familys support Saints. (Except my mother who knows sod all about football and only supports them because I do.) It's a long winded explaination though... That said, I have been supporting the Saints long enough to know how important beating Portsmouth is to people. I will be there next Saturday to watch my team in a local derby first hand for the first time, and I want nothing but a win for us.

I want Dickov in our team as much as I want a willy up the butt. (For you smartypants people that means NO EFFING WAY). He's never been prolific, he's getting on, we already have our oldie in Connolly. (WHo is much better IMO). We have enough strikers anyway, Dickov would be an unnecessary drain on wages.
