Here, Here we slate our players constantly when they are here and then when they leave they turn into footballing gods.I bet this would even happen to Pulis if he left.
-
Thomson has barely started his saints career and does not deserve to be written off as useless after only a few games. We should whish him luck with Trinidad and Tobago and hope he develops into a top player instead of abusing a decent talent
-
The worst for striking is Bob Crow at the RMT every year for no obvious reason either
-
Absoloutely appaling no imagiantion no creativity no spark. Lambert was immobile and could not keep hold of the Ball and Patterson had a worse first touch than Perry our centre back!!!!!!!!! Midfiled seemed incapable of passing the ball to other players and the service from the fullbacks was diabolical. On that performance we will go down to League Two.
-
I rate Gobern, I think in a few years if he bulks up a bit he will be a top player. He has got the temprament as shown by his quality performance against Preston when he came on.
-
Send for St Wiil- Saints need you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most threads on this board soon go off topic. Take the takeover threads as a prime example, personally I think this is a quite interesting de tour from the topic.

I suspect what scouts do is a brief search for good players who they then scout over two or three games do form there own opinion, rather than bidding for a player just based on your recommendation
-
Liebherr has brought in 6 new players and we are the highest spenders in the division, to complain about his spending is ridiculous.
-
Jan Koller?
-
Nile Ranger who left our academy is playing for Newcastle at the moment. One that got away?
-
Chris Holroyd at Cambridge-Young Pacy striker who has scored more goals than Craddock who we been linked with and would be cheap due to Cambridges financial difficulties.
-
We have spent more money anyone else in League one, I don't really think our Billionaire seems reluctant to invest, unlike your idiot who brags about signing the worlds best but takes 2 and a half months to buy the club.from a chairman desperate to sell.
-
Davis 8 Fantastic as usual. With the shortage of English keepers I reckon he would be in the world cup squad at a premiership team. Harding 7 Looked good defensively and linked up well with Lallana Murty 7 Great organisation of the defence Perry 7 Did not really notice him which means no obvious mistakes Thomas 7 Won most things in the air, shame about the first goal Wotton 8 I am one of his biggest critics but I thought he played well,he won a lot of in the air and passsing was better than usual James 7 Some nice passes and a great turn in the second half to set up Lallana for a great chance Melis 8 Skillfull and got stuck in Lallana 9 Some great turns and passing and linked up well with Harding was Man of the Match even without of the goal Lambert 6 Started well but faded and drifted out of the game Saga 6 Ran about a bit achieved little
-
He was a disgrace, absoloutely awful. On Bowyer I was surprised by how good a reception he got,at most grounds he would get far worse.
-
20 mins is not a fair basis to judge a player
-
I'm Pending,it should be good fun.
-
Good shout.Wages may be an issue?
-
Amazing how people can forget things. He was our best player after Davis last season and is better than Wotton in all departments other than height. He can pass tackle and run alot better than him and should play central midfiled with Schneiderlin.
-
Bolton it is then
-
Rasiak if he cares then if not White
-
Davis James Lancashire Thomas Harding Thomson Gillett Lallana Holmes Saga Lambert Strong team that rests Murty,Perry due to age and Schneiderlin and Patterson who looked fatigued on Saturday It would be interesting to try Lallana in the middle as well.
-
Great signing.I just hope we don't lose Rasiak or Saga as we need 4 strikers in case of injuries.
-
Fantastic player that needs a partner other than the donkey Wotton.
-
I found it amusing their was no photo of him with a Saints shirt on but one with a striped jumper on shows how rarely he has wore the shirt.
