  1. It’s all questions, questions.
  2. Not at all. It means that they got fed up being made to wait over twenty minutes on a cold and rainy day. They were luck that anybody was left inside the stadium.
  3. A couple of points, Stuart Armstrong is out of contract (as is Adams) and has some serious thinking to do about his future career. We are committed to signing Harwood-Bellis if we get promoted now, although there would be some prolonged discussions first. But yes, some considerable reconstruction needed starting with the manager.
  4. I was incandescent about being kept behind after the game. Why is it that we keep the home fans in the stadium whilst the away fans disperse in similar circumstances? I also didn’t like the way those little shits came onto the pitch at the end and stood there taunting us. Classless club, classless fans. The only saving grace was seeing their dismal performance the following season. It was a long walk back to the coaches afterwards in the horrible cold rain. I just wanted to get home.
  5. Three attackers against four defenders? The other two have plenty of space too. It’s awful defending.
  6. …to their agents?
  7. It seemed to me that they’re neither one thing nor the other.
  8. Indeed, you’re asking the wrong person but I venture we’ve conceded far more than we’ve scored.
  9. That doesn’t have to be the case. Many years ago I saw plenty of exciting games in the old fourth division.
  10. Indeed. If anything they got in each other’s way.
  11. If we were in the Premier League and about to get relegated would anybody be against the idea of getting in a new manager?
  12. I don’t see why?
  13. It was a full back’s position to be there.
  14. Whatever the problem, Jack Stephens is not the answer.
  15. Wouldn’t the height difference between seat rows affect this? People sitting would understandably complain if they had a metal bar blocking their view.
  16. More VAR nonsense. It’s just not accurate enough for the purpose it’s being used for.
  17. I take a different view. Players can get injured warming up or even sweeping up leaves. We needed a resounding performance to take us into the playoffs followed by a strong performance next week. Instead we got an insipid capitulation against a team who wanted it far more than us. You don’t get match fit by being rested. Now we have lost the last three games having scored only one goal and not in the last two. We, or rather he, hasn’t got a chance of getting us motivated and straight out of the traps in the semis.
  18. Dripping in front of me in block 32.
  19. Not just me then🤭
  20. Incredible? I couldn’t believe it either. I spent a lot of it covering my eyes in fear. The most exciting bits were when we were messing about in our own goal area inviting disaster.
  21. Djenepo was a lot better.
  22. Maybe they were pleased that he was being taken off, or because it was the last time that they would see him?
  23. Possibly. In defence of Bree there was one instance in the first half when Stoke were attacking and all our other defenders had gone across to our right leaving Bree to cover two Stoke players, a winger wide on their right and an attacking runner through the centre. He called across for someone to cover the centre runner and was ignored so he left his winger and came across to the middle. Stephens in particular has tunnel vision and can only see the ball in front of him. He is not aware of what is going on elsewhere. Fortunately nothing came of their attack.
  24. Is this possibly because they are only on loan?
