I thought the first half was fairly equal, certainly Kelvin had some important saves to make whereas their keeper didn't have to do anything until after we were two goals down. I wouldn't call them 'shots', more like back-passes.
I've been rubbing my 'lucky keyring' all season but somehow nothing happens. I sometimes think that it's the players' fault for not looking up at us to see if we're wearing our lucky scarf / lucky underpants / lucky chairman / lucky you-name-it.
This is probably wher the 'third week of March' comes into it. We would have to check the regulations but I'm sure that the club are looking at it even as we type.
I think it's more to do with League/FA regulations. They don't want clubs to go into administration 5 minutes after they are mathematically relegated. Otherwise if you're relegated you could take the -10 points this season and start next with a clean sheet in the lower division. This is what Leeds did.
9 home games left? A new manager promising exciting, attacking football and 5,000 extra on every home gate? That should be an extra £600k or so by the end of the season.
Or have we been here before?
'Under Siege 2' A very worthy and important maxim by which to run one's life.
Penn: Ryback's gone, Dane.
Travis Dane: Did you see the body? Assumption is the mother of all F**K UPS!
We've all passed a lot of water since then. All that matters now is where we go from here. One day we will all look back on this and have a good laugh (if I'm still around).
A bad workman will always blame his tools. It's been obvious to most of us for some time now that this fellow is tactically and motivationally clueless. Some basic organisation and sense of purpose with players given simple, straightforward instructions that maximise their capabilities and negate the opposition's are not too much to ask for.
Hmmm ... interesting reading. Perhaps somebody could explain to me what has happened since then, it seems to have been downhill all the way. I didn't go to the West Ham match so perhaps I wasn't blinded by the style over the substance?
The only way to pay of that debt is by filling the stadium somehow and the only way to do that is with a football club playing football. Without a buyer at some stage before winding up / administration Then it's a points deduction this season and probably an even bigger one next season in League 1.
