Is there a source for the original?

Are any of these 100 any good in goal?

But can he defend corners?
-
No. It was still a subjective decision. Was his arm in an ‘unnatural position’? Did he intentionally make his body bigger? Did the referee take into account how close Grealish was? Whatever we may think, the referee on the pitch at the time made his own decision that it wasn’t handball. He was overruled from a box somewhere a long way away from the incident.

It never used to be a penalty until VAR. “Ball to hand” was always the mantra.
-
That’s football. It’s not an exact sport, never has been and never will be. No amount of television replays will ever change that. Offside was never intended to be more accurate than a yard or two. Penalties are subjective decisions and as we all know there doesn’t have to be contact for it to be a foul. My gripe with VAR is that it is re-refereeing the game and destroys the flow, the rhythm and the excitement but more than that it is less accurate than the person who is right there in the middle.

No it doesn’t, it creates far more travesties than it removes.

Remember McTominay? In their game with us. He juggled the ball three times.
-
No. It does a lot more than that. It interferes with the natural flow of the game. TV replays are misleading especially when slow motion is used plus there is the psycho visual effect whereby the more you watch something the more you become convinced that the action was deliberate. In this instance the real time decision by the officials at the game was ‘no penalty’. And they were correct.

“Nothing beats a settled team” and we have never had that this season. Too much chopping and changing.

And just look at the results! -
But you have gone down some stairs. It’s a metaphor for life. It’s all downwards until you hit the bottom.

One for the lawyers. We can afford to wait.

True, but in fairness his fee probably paid for his treatment.

I didn’t even know it was happening.

Will season ticket prices be released now and will you renew?
Whitey Grandad replied to Paul Chuckle's topic in The Saints
Of course. Just like the club. -
He’s out of contract at the end of June.

That’s very generous. The season starts on August 5th. By the end of the month we shall probably have played 5 games or so. -
I guess you’ve never been in business then.

I’ll ask my chatbot for advice.

He seemed to wake up in the last fifteen minutes and realise that the season was coming to an end. A few games too late perhaps.
