Normally from the start of the season.

Yes, not even on the bench although we had used our five substitutes when Stephens moved into midfield obscurity. I have a feeling that we are going to need Charles for the run in.
-
Indeed. Even before the latest rulings that would more likely than not have been given as a handball.

I’d rather the ball never went anywhere near him. That would be the mark of a good defence. And I include the ridiculous back passing in that.

I’ve watched it a few times this morning and it’s inconclusive. I think it comes off Downes’s chest but the goal is in the record books now.
-
Ok. That’s more likely.

“Trip or attempt to trip” Rarely given.

We sit in block 32 and we’re saying all the time “He’s off. He’s off”. By the time that the pass came across he was at least two yards offside.

A shout out to Manning for the quality of his corners.

Only two or three yards.

My grandson tells me that none of the top three sides has won more than one game in their last 8 fixtures. That's last 8 for each team.

So... We could catch Leicester and still not go up automatically.

It has a soul. It has a spirit. It transcends reality. If it doesn’t then you’re supporting the wrong team. -

Does anybody know a good quality VPN? Asking for a friend. -
We’ve dropped a lot more than those over the course of the season.

Not even one that’s smudged around the outsides?

No, you don’t understand. It shouldn’t be disallowed because it was ‘handball’, which it wasn’t according to the general Laws of the Game, but because of the special circumstances relating to this instance namely that the ball went into the net direct from the contact. If the ball hadn’t gone direct into the net then it wouldn’t have been considered as handball. Possibly that’s why the referee didn’t consider that the contact with the arm was not an infringement. You might like to consider that I was the person who posted that link.

It’s a funny ol’ game.

All we need to do is win the next game. And the next. And the next. And the…

Ball touching arm or hand does not constitute handball. I’d be interested to know how you know what the referee’s opinion was. He had a clear view of the incident. Despite that, the decision of the IFAB (not actually a football Law) is that the goal should not have stood.
