  1. Of course not, we are all free to think what we like and it's a good thing that we are all different, but you have made it clear that you don't like Long but have not suggested any player who could replace him. It's easy to be critical and negative but much more difficult to be constructive. In my (limited) experience I have found these to be feminine traits
  2. I expect nothing and I don't expect to be disappointed.
  3. At the moment you would have to say that Palace and Stoke are sides than us.
  4. At the moment he's a much better player than Callum Wilson and will remain so for the rest of the season.
  5. If we could, we would. You can't go advocating getting rid of a player and replacing him with somebody cheaper without offering up some names.
  6. Yes but who do you suggest for a few million quid?. Just saying 'I wants' doesn't gets.
  7. Ta. There must be a transfer window coming up in a couple of weeks
  8. Isn't he still out through injury?
  9. Sh... Don't tell him yet. 17th would be almost mid-table down in the underworld.
  10. But if we were, what would be the reason for your existence?
  11. Or let Stek go back after his loan?
  12. I shouldn't say this but.... I prefer watching their football to ours
  13. It could be true. The whole situation reeks of complacency.
  14. Ambition
  15. I've given up on both
  16. He can always bring them on once we're 3 goals during win in a valiant effort to reclaim the game.
  17. It's a much faster and physically demanding game these days. Most great players from the past wouldn't last two minutes today.
  18. Supposedly? Does that make it supposed nonsense?
  19. Yep, Man Utd against Sheffield Utd epitomises everything about the romance of the FA Cup. Who says that romance is dead?
  20. How much do they any for these pearls of wisdom?
  21. I think you're being overawed by the ridiculous salaries being paid in the Premier League these days.
  22. A Corbynite is a Corbynista that has hit the ground.
  23. That's how seasons go, good runs, bad runs, indifferent results, unexpected wins, unexpected losses. We're not halfway yet, but I don't expect us to do as well as last season.
  24. Understandably the club probably expected JRod to be back to full effectiveness well before now.
  25. Branfoot (p!ss and horsesh!t be heaped upon him) always preferred Moody to MLT. In the famous match against Newcastle when Matty scored those two unforgettable goals he was just about to replace him with Moody when he scored the first goal. If you watch the recording you can see Branfoot give a wry smile and tell Moods to 'sit down'.
