Scientology is 10x worse than the catholic church. It deliberately murders, breaks up families and harasses critics and former members(often through targetted hate campaigns in the area which the person lives, digging up secrets from the past etc). This doesn't even touch how much money you are forced to pour into the cult to work your way up. They leave you broken at the end.

Language is constantly evolving, 200 years ago English was very different. Would we have understood english well in 1300? Probably not. People also adapt their language to different situations, slang has always been, but so has formal.

Nothing wrong with believing that anymore than believing the teachings of christianity and so on and so forth. However, Scientology kills, lies and is just general malicious. Fair game, disconnection, Operation Snow White, Lisa McPherson. Search them up if you want.

While I think that some of the pay some people get for their jobs IS extortionate, I think sometimes you will have to pay 150k+ to get the very best people working for you... and after all, we want the very best people running our public services, do we not?
