I don't see the problem of it? It's not like anyone is being forced to buy the sun or whatever, and the girls on page 3 aren't forced into doing it. Porn in any form, is a fact of life. We might as well just get on with it. It's harmless most of the time.

Great news for them personally. However, I really do not feel this warrants the blanket coverage it getting on news channels. The presenters are all acting overly excited, yet the normal people on the street they interview do not reflect anywhere near this excitement. It's embarrassing.

In the words of Voltaire 'I detest what you say, but I shall defend to the death your right to say it'. I hate what they did and I hate their views. However, we live in a country where free speech is at the centre of our society. It would be hypocritical of us to silence them when we lecture other countries about the freedoms they offer their people. Personally, I think it's very dumb of them to chose to live here when they hate the western world so much. But they can do what they did just I can if I wanted to burn a Qu'ran(not that I would). I think what we shouldn't do after this though is get carried away and start pretending all Muslims are like this. Every religion harbours nuts, christianity not excluded. For example, when I was in Oxford the other day I was approached on the street by a not very sane and really rather rude christian preacher who tried to convert me. As a comparison, the Muslim preacher who approached us was very polite and why obviously I have no interest in either religion it just showed the point that all religions harbour nuts, not just Islam. The majority of Muslims are absolutely normal people, and we should not let the few represent the many. I think the best solution is simply to press our ignore buttons as these people thrive on publicity.

Infinite expansion. I wish I could explain why, but it's in a book somewhere that I read with a lot of evidence. I know you can't generally use personal experience to back up an argument as it isn't the overall trend, but as I see it Alcohol does cause much larger problems within society in a greater number of people from cradle to the grave... I'm not saying other drugs don't cause problems but Alcohol because of its prevalence causes more. I'm talking violence, crime etc etc

Right, well done today. Must not get too carried away now. Notts County were down to ten men, but at the same time they aren't a crap team and I think they will be higher at the end of the season than their current position. However, good win, 3 points in the bag and the most important thing we need to concentrate on is Dagenham and Redbridge midweek. Win that and we will probably be in the playoff places. Win that and we'll be able to chuck some more coal in the engine and keep us roaring up the table, momentum kept going.
