No, he wouldn't made premiership standard but he has been successful for us! Like Rasiak was.
-
Yer, but it's all relative. If Lambert was foreign, would you not put him in the top group because he did it in League 1 and not the premiership?

Did you hear the chocolate ration is to be increased to 20 grams?
-
What about Rasiak? You can call him lazy if you want, but you can't deny his score rate was successful...

It depends how many of them there were as well as what they were. We don't know what these 'nobodies' as you put it actually did. If Pardew was creating a whole lingering myst of tension within the club, he had to go. I doubt it is as simple as that though.

Russia's actions recently concern me. Not the spying stuff, as we all do it on each other and it just so happens they got caught. What worries me more in the way they are bullying some smaller eastern European nations over gas and what not. They also seem to be on the move militarily again. I don't think they are wanting to start a war, but they definitely want dominance. I don't trust Putin.

Interesting post and read, thanks for that. What I have always tried to do though is look beyond the basic left right spectrum that personally I see as a bit defunct once you look past economic policy and look instead at another spectrum on social policy and beliefs which is why I came to the conclusion Hitler was actually quite left wing, but on the social policy side he is definitely at the no social freedoms end.
-
Fascism is actually quite left wing. Well... Hitler was anyway.

It is 'believed' the messages have sent... Anyway, I'm sure all organisations have a few shady break-off characters. The point I was trying to make in my original post though was that UAF are much more credible than the EDL.
-
UAF aren't left wing or right wing really... they are just anti-fascist. It's members and supporters are people from all over society, all harbouring different views.
-
Where are they categorised as this? Who categorises them as an extreme left wing group? David Cameron is a supporter... is he extreme left wing?
-
Where are they categorised as this? In an official capacity...
-
I mean actual respectable people. And not just those dangerous deluded dirty commie left wingers... people like David Cameron and stuff are known supporters.
-
UAF do have a lot of respected people behind them though, I'd rather be involved with them over the UDL anyday. At least what UAF are fighting exists.
-
I don't care what the UAF are. This thread is about the EDL. I wish people would stop trying to half justify what they are and what they do by saying Group X are as bad.
-
I don't care what UAF are supposed to have done. It's unrelated. EDL are full of morons and the whole group is populated by racist thugs looking for a good punchup.

If we lose today, we are definitely getting relegated. If we win, we will walk this league.

Exactly, my 3 A*'s in Physics Biology and Chemistry were incredibly hard to get. In fact, I was the only person in my school who managed to achieve this. You have to score consistently over 90% in the tests you have and if you fail or slip in one that is it. Getting A*'s is not easy.
-
Saw Scott Pilgrim vs. The World yesterday. Very cleverly laid out and filmed and soundtrack was awesome. Very good film, one of my favourites this year.
-
Maybe, maybe not. Getting a string of A and A*'s is not easy though. However, I think I see your point slightly and I think it is because a lot of tests have to assess G grade to A* grade so obviously some questions will be relatively easy but once you get up to the harder questions it is not easy(this is obviously only in question style tests). There used to be CSE and O levels so this wouldn't happen. The easy questions that newspapers pick out from these exams are G grade questions and a G grade is a fail grade. Tonnes of my friends have bombed GCSE's and now AS levels, so they aren't easy.
-
GCSE's aren't easy. Only A*-C grades are actually passes so the pass rate in reality is much lower than you think, more like 70%. In addition to this there are several bands on which to judge people. 5A*-C 5A*-C including maths and english(national average for this in 2009 was 49.8%. Did enough people fail this quota for you?) 7A*-B which I think you will find is much lower. These are the statistics that actually mean something about how well people did. I worked very hard for my GCSE's and they were not easy. There is a massive difference between a G grade and an A* grade.

Steven Gerrard. I heard he had done a John Terry from sources a while back, but oh well. It may or may not be true, we shall never find out.
