Doesn't refer to a single person but to 'one client only', which I take as a consortium that is formed under a legal agreement rather than a group of individuals. But I could be wrong.

TL refered to a single client in his original post on this website, which does not necessarily mean a single person, and within that same post he stated the 'client' be worth several hundred millions.
