  1. I fully understand what the player is saying, and I have no reason to disbelieve him, whilst you are effectively assuming the player is lying at this point. We will have to agree to disagree. I don't know Jon personally and have no statement from him - purely going on reports both from the BBC and Sky. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42126647 http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11743/11155792/referee-jon-moss-apologised-for-decision-says-bournemouths-adam-smith And various other media outlets that you might care to research.
  2. If you would like to use transliteration, we can. May have, but didn't. Penalty.
  3. Half agree, half don't! If you provide the ammo for him, he will finish. The problem with us for the first ten games or so is that we never actually looked like being able to do that. We need to create chances for him and have more players than just him in the box - we weren't doing that. The commentators yesterday commented more than once that 'Austin is not going to get that', in that he is never going to run away from somebody, create and finish himself. Happy to play him if we play to his strengths and provide for him. If we're not going to do that then don't expect him to score too many 'worldys' to win games for us.
  4. Agree - but at least he moved his feet and extended himself a few times. If he would now also dominate his area and come catch a few corners / crosses we've got ourselves a half decent stopper.
  5. An excellently understated, well written, balanced view. Entirely based on the facts, and ignoring all ignorance and bias whatsoever. Well done Alps, keep them coming.
  6. Tend to agree - he had the tools here to do the job. Won't get the same resources or standard of players at Hull which will make it very difficult. Didn't Steve Bruce walk out on them because he didn't get the support he needed or something like that?
  7. Those saying that the ref was right not to give a penalty do realise that the Jon Moss has since apologised and said that he got it wrong - it was a penalty. "Bournemouth defender Adam Smith said referee Jon Moss admitted he wrongly booked him for diving instead of awarding a penalty during Sunday's 1-1 draw against Southampton." http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42126647 Had we been on the end of that decision I'm fairly sure that quite a few would see things rather differently. We got away with one.
  8. I get your drift, but in that case it should've been a pen because the foul came before the dive. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  9. Interesting one, ref could've booked the player for diving and still given a pen...! Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk

    Pellegrino OUT

Agree, it's not the criticism that causes any offence whatsoever, it's the blindingly obvious overreaction and constant trolling. I think I'm what's called a happy clapper, but im not adverse to calling the team, or management, out if i think they have underperformed. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  11. This, it can be a foul and a dive. He exaggerated going over which I think went against him, but Boufal was nowhere near the ball, it was a pen. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  12. Crewe or Shrewsbury away would be local for me, bring it on. Don't want bloody Stoke though, Crouch will do us again. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  13. Maybe, but I'm not so sure about your Leicester prediction. I see that as a point at best. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  14. Meh, it's a point. Decent away performance although i still think we should be winning these games. Bertrand very good going forwards, but big shout out to Fraser, made good saves today again. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  15. Is it Bournemouth or Barcelona that we are playing? God we are making them look good. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  16. We don't look like we have a clue how to win this. Lots of tippy tappy stuff in out own half only leads to misplaced confidence about how good we are. Hoedt dallied on the last ball he had to deal with, bringing us under pressure and the very next ball he has he loses it. It was only going to end in one place. Bournemouth deservedly lead and should of had a penalty as well. If we don't change drastically in the second half we are going to get a mauling. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  17. I bet there are quite a lot of Everton fans wishing that they hadn't hit the panic button quite so early. Find it quite funny that they've ended up with big Sam. Probably the easiest 8 million quid he's ever made. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  18. Ambivalent. Just get three points. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  19. I'm no fool and fail to be blinded by two lucky performances. Moyes, Allardyce and Pardew may not be available now, but if we hurry I reckon we could get Tony Pulis in to shore up the ship. Get rid of this tactical clown now.
  20. Nobody is interested in small fry. Ex player pundits rarely see past the big four.
  21. Yeah, check out the 'streaming thread'. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  22. True, he will. The interesting part will actually be next season. Given how the 'Koeman project' went, is the new owner going to be willing to fund BFS to the tune of another 150 million to spunk on players again in order to achieve the top four status. Once burnt, twice shy and all that.
  23. Unfortunately can't see it. No matter how pants they are right now I think they will have enough to see them safe. He has enough time and games to sort them out back to front, so I reckon they'll be fine.
  24. Swap out Davis for JWP (Austin needs good delivery from both sides) and I'd pretty much agree with that.
  25. I really don't think that Fraser was to blame in anyway for their goal, it's just one of those that goes in the top corner. Better keepers have suffered similar:
