Dear oh dear. If our club crest was designed by a 7 year old then that 'article' was written by a 4 year old. What a piece of complete and utter journolistic toilet, it actually makes me want to change career paths - talk shyte, publish crap - be a rag reporter. It's obviously a very easy job to do. It took 2 minutes of my life to read - I feel cheated. Total dross.

I think you may have got there a little late with those 'exclusives' - GM gazumped you on this headliner - although to be fair he did credit you...! http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=20162

Perhaps Tim needs to sound Ron out on this one - then we could put some serious cogs in motion so to speak.

Nice article - gave us some great times, players and memories. As for sharing a stadium though, probably not a great idea - I don't even like having to share the county with the Blue Few, never mind a stadium...!

Could somebody please tell me what a D of F does...??? Highest profile D of F in recent times that I remember is Dennis Wise, which apparently was not a raging success. D of F's who has them, who has a successful one, what do they do..?

If we score first we are in with a chance - especially if the crowd are really giving it some. If they score first I dont see us turning it around - head says Pompey win (but couldn't really give a shyte because we are going to Wembley anyway).

It comes from both sides though Nick - you only have to go and look on thier message boards to see that we have quite a few mongs on our side too. There are good and bad in both camps - luckily for us, PES is one of the more 'bearable blues'...!

You should have stopped typing after the first three words.

I wonder if LLS will be at SMS at the weekend checking out his latest 'venture'...? Keep your eyes on the directors box people...

Well I never would have thought it...! Same site - but much better link: http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/09022010/63/saints-wembley.html

I notice you post rarely - keep it that way eh...

Nope - goals is goals - whoever scores the most wins.

Gutted - not because of the result, just seeing this board degenerate back to the total negativity reminicent of the Lowe / Burley days. Has been great fun lately - lots of positivity surrounding everything at the club, one loss and it's all doom and gloom. Was really shyte to see blatent trolling all over again - thought those days were gone, whatever. Guess I'll spectate for a while - really cannot be arsed to get back into the ridiculous arguments all over again. Apparently we were on a five year plan, how one game affects that, I know not - but to play shyte and still get a point seems to be a bit of a result to me. There are lots of twists and turns to come yet - but for now I'll let you argue them out.

Well if you've reached the conclusion that the season ends today - you wont be disappointed if we loose the lot from here on in then. You're aspirations have been met, there is nothing left to play for. Me - I'm just here to enjoy the ride - see where the season takes us. Win, loose or draw - life is too short - just look at that lot down the road and rejoice that you (supposedly) support the Saints.

There appears to only be one person 'foot-stamping' here. Here let me give you a hand to get all those toys back into the pram...

Go here http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=19774 it will ease your angst..!

Err after having given it a great deal of thought - no.

Personally I think that the honour of submitting the 10,000th (thats more pounds than Pompey have btw) post should be left to the OP. FF started this, oh so many moons ago, and it is only right and proper that he be allowed to take the glorious milestone that is 10,000...!
-
Can't see that happening as we would effectively have been knocked out of the cup, more likely to leave them in the hat and give whoever draws them a bye. Personally I can't see any of it happening - I think they will survive.
-
Great post - should be an 'eye opener' for some - but suspect that many will still want good old 'instant success'.

Saints V Stockport County - Half Time & 2nd Half Chat
Micky replied to St Landrew's topic in The Saints
Apparently the sign of a good team is you play badly but still win - I dunno - just what people tell me... -
Top, top story, insperational stuff - well done Mrs H.

Yes, spending big does make a difference, but it doesn't make a big difference.

I see what you mean and who knows, perhaps someday all the variables will be of a similar value in order to put the argument to bed forever. You have a whole lot of improving to do in order to achieve that though! As for the 'curves' - irrespective of each clubs current league status, there is no way in the world that I would want to swap curves with Pompey as they are heading in vastley different directions - I doubt that any other SFC fan would either.
