To be fair Burnley really are a poor side. It's all hoof and hope, no craft, guile or finesse about them. Can't see where one goal is coming from, let alone two. Reckon Everton will rack up a couple more as well.

No point looking at other teams, we have to get back to winning ways. Palace were excellent tonight and won deservedly. Before our recent slump we had got ourselves into a great position, and then proceeded to blow it. We'll probably end up around 40 - 42 points, perfectly safe, but probably underachieving considering the position we had got into.

I don't disagree with anything you say, but as I said, ultimately we didn't have enough quality to take the chances we created. We gave them a run for their money, but when you have the likes of Foden and Mahrez on the bench the game is only going one way. The penalty was a penalty, poor defending, but all refs would've given it. Basically it was two teams at very different levels.

Meh, plucky, plucky stuff as expected. But nowhere near enough quality to get anywhere near them really. Pretty much men against boys after 70 minutes. Back to the league I guess.

3 way fight between Leeds, Everton and Burnley. Hard to say who might get out of that scrap, historically you point to Burnleys ability to put results together, but I'm not convinced this year. Would love to see Everton go, but don't think it's going to happen, also think that Leeds might just avoid it as well - Burnley it is for me.
