  1. I think so too. Still, sounds like this may be sorted very soon. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  2. Leicester will return back to midtable. It was a freak occurence, which we may never see the likes of again I'm surprised you are shocked, seeing as you have spent the last few months moaning about our lack of signings. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  3. Thing is, despite finishing sixth, you have the 'top six' (Utd, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool), then Saints, Leicester, West Ham, Stoke, Everton. I think the top 6 will take up those positions at the top. Would it be unrealistic for the others to finish above us? We may still do well in the league, but our chance to break the ceiling has been and gone. I'd be happy with 11th and a good cup run. Others seem to think finishing lower would be a failure, I find that ridiculous. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  4. The league is far more competitive this season, if we qualify for the Europa knockout or go on a domestic cup run, 11th place is reasonable. Decent article that, written by someone who seems to actually know his stuff, unlike a lot of media and pundits whose knowledge doesn't go beyond the big six. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  5. Swansea with a couple of decent signings, hopefully we can do something similar. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  6. Ziyech was mentioned a while ago by a poster. He's that player where everyone else has jumped on the bandwagon without seeing him play, and without there being any real evidence we are after him. Sign him up, Les Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  7. Another defensive reinforcement, seems decent enough business. These 2 will have been easier deals to secure. A lot of people underwhelmed, but we still have a month to secure a couple of attacking options. If Les can sort that, it will have been another decent summer. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  8. He is irreplaceable. He is a leader both on and off the pitch. I believe we would struggle without him; this team has been built around a solid defence. He would be a massive loss Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  9. It is purely impatience, but it's understandable. We will only wait until the right players are available at the right price. I think we will sign a couple more, but it might be late in the window. We've not done a lot wrong in the last few windows, so we shouldn't be doubting Les just yet. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  10. Sounds promising. Les' comments, however absurd they are, inicate that"s our midfield sorted, so I assume Tadic will be staying. Can't see us bringing in more than 2 players now. Bit riski imo, but we shall see. In Les we trust. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  11. Hold on, what's happened here? I thought we were not signing anyone? Another one kept quiet, we are very good at keeping transfers under wraps until they are nearly done. Don' t recall seeing any links until the direct quotes from the agent. Assuming he's a Wanyama replacement of sorts. Still think we need another 2-3 to come in, especially with Pelle leaving. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  12. It appears my poor attempt at sarcasm did not work. Lol. Plenty of time in the transfer window, I guess with Puel coming in some of our intended signings may have changed. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  13. 50/1 Fonte first goal. What a moment that could be for him. Didn't we nearly sell him to Cardiff a couple of seasons back? A leader, and a legend Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  14. We're going to sell at least another three. We've not signed a player for two weeks now. Quite clearly, Les Reed is clueless and is going to gamble on Reed and Gallagher this season. There may be several weeks of the transfer window left, but it will only be for selling Tadic, Pelle and Bertrand. If we were going to sign anyone, we would have done it by now. I envy Middlesbrough, they're making signings and showing intent in the transfer market, whilst we're being bullied by Liverpool into selling Mane for a measly £35 million. #meltdown Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  15. We're about to sell off our third player, and now everyone just assumes we aren't going to buy anyone. I'm sure we are making a lot of enquries for players. Did we not do similar the last two seasons, selling first, then going and buying replacements? Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk

Too many England players get picked through the top 6, and take it for granted. For many of them it's probably an inconvienience. The Wales players are all proud to represent their nation, but with that they have the belief and spirit to win through. Can't ever see it happening with England Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  17. ****ed off he's going to Liverpool of all teams but you can't argue with the price. We've signed Redmond, and I'm sure we will have other targets ready. Do we think this will be it for the clearout, or are we expecting Pelle and Tadic to go? Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  18. It's a good signing, no doubt. Exactly the kind of player we can get the best out of and develop. Should get £30 million in two years when we sell him. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk

Can't see us drawing Portugal. They will probably top the group if they win, or come 3rd if they don't. I think it will almost certainly be Hungary. They'll have their tactics sorted though, frustrate us and play for penalties. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  20. He's good in the big games, but goes missing way too much, and that's not including the suspensions. He will be missed, but I'm sure we will have been planning a while for this. Great opportunity now for Romeu, who I'm a big fan of. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  21. Does anyone think Koeman leaving will have any effect on whether he leaves? Was just thinking he won't go to Liverpool as they aren't even in Europe, they're not even as big a club as Everton! Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  22. Have there not been more stories previously about players having issues with Koeman? To be honest it looks to me like a few will be leaving regardless. After all, we are nothing but a 'showcase' club who are a fantastic stepping stone for any good player or manager. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  23. Looks like a done deal. Just hope we tie up a deal for a new manager sharpish, and any others who don't want to be here **** off. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  24. I wonder if it will have an impact on who leaves now? I remember a few stories of players being unhappy with some of Koeman's methods. I've lost all respect for Koeman now. Hope he fails at Everton. When MP left, he had never indicated he wanted to stay and I know for fact he met up with Levy several weeks before. This is very disappointing from Ronald, but we will move on and go again, we always have. I am aware of the clubs strategy, but Les really needs to keep quiet with Champions League talk and how well contract negotiations have been going. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
  25. If he goes to Everton then what a ****, worse than MP, who I wasn't too bothered about going. Massive job to rebuild a pretty poor squad, especially Everton's defence. My main concern is some of our players jumping ship to join him. The money's ridiculous, but who are they actually going to sign for big bucks? **** him, can't wait to see them fail. In Les we trust. We will have someone decent lined up and we'll go again. Sent from my D5803 using Tapatalk
