I can see a struggling premier league team taking a gamble on him in the hope he scores enough to keep them up. hull perhaps. If we were spending £12m on a forward id rather go abroad and get someone. Much better value for money.

Did we play a flat Central midfield 3 of JWP, Reed and Davis? Or did one sit or one more advanced?

Need a backup centre forward, an option to play just off Pelle too. Mane should be an option off the bench. Pelle / tadic / Jay royd + another Davis / cork / morgan and big vic are fine for centre pairing.

For every Mane we find a Tadic. We can't just buy proven quality like Di Maria or Sanchez, we have to take gambles on players like Mane. Some come off and some don't

Unfortunately not. On the whole, should have got something from Villa Arsenal and Man U, but alas we didn't. I'd have taken 5th after 15 games at start of the season!
