So lambert has gone for £4m and Shaw rumoured to be off for £30M. That's a lot of money to replace them both with and use to buy others to improve the depth of the squad. Question is who do u buy to replace and improve?

So thats assuming Shaw, Lallana and Lovren are sold then i assume. So lose 3 players + 1 already gone in Lambert. £70M would get you 7 £10M players, i think we would probably come out of that with a stronger squad than we ended the season with IMO.

I can't see why not. It's not as though there is a backup team still at the club. Makes sense to allow him to bring in who he wants to work with.

Well he is back from his holiday in Turkey today, let's hope he is flying back to the UK and the deal can be announced shortly. Wonder if the "paperwork" Les was referring to is in relation to sorting out his backroom team?
