The players mentioned got the abuse because everyone on TSW is perfect.

Well, I'm back on the bandwagon! After some serious editing and messing around with the tables to make them more realistic, I've taken over Coventry on the 25th January (began the game then for realism) in attempt to keep them afloat and rebuild them in the Championship. After a much-needed team meeting which saw Richard Keogh speak out of turn and the whole team react badly (the general mood was 'abysmal'), I was left very concerned with the team morale as we headed into my first game. I released Keogh for his negativity and brought in several new signings, including George Friend (loan), Matt Richie (£500,000), Jonathan Lacourt (free), Lee Johnson (£50,000), Andrea Orlandi (loan), Nick Blackman (loan) and Chris Brown (loan). All of the players brought in possess the attributes we're going to need like teamwork, work rate and decision-making as I slowly mould the side into a tight-knit, solid unit. Next year, I'll create something more expansive, this year I've just got to keep the club up. They'll be a time for luxury players but that time isn't now. Despite the daunting away trip ahead, we rallied and put in an effective performance at Middlesbrough, culminating in a 1-0 win, with Lacourt bending in a worldy in the final quarter of the match. However, in my haste, I forgot to register Blackman so I've now got a dud striker just sat there for the entire season doing nothing which could have potentially been another loan signing. Anyway, I've brought in my own backroom staff (though I've retained Steve Harrison and Steve Ogrizovic) and I'm slow implementing my training, based around the core ethos of the team. That said, any good work could eventually become undone as the club is £24m in debt and teetering on the brink. Fingers crossed...

For a self-proclaimed set of passionate fans, they aren't protesting much... Just hoping someone comes in and saves them whilst deflecting the blame or plain ignoring the situation. For all Sa the faults of Saints fans, they didn't stand idly by... They protested, marched in huge numbers and raised in excess of 100,000. The difference in humility and class between the two sets of fans is incredible.

Joking aside, it's a f()cking sad state of affairs when your rivals are the ones making the most sensible and articulate of comments. Shameless football club.

If we negotiate the next 3 games with 7 points we'll be on the home stretch with the comfort of not having to look too much over our shoulder.

I hate Cardiff, Boro and West Ham... absolute sh1ts for fans.

Fuctacs for Skates. Nice one.

Skates singing about us at Cardiff...

They're such a bunch of c()nts, especially reading that MLG thread. Hopefully they'll get their comeuppance eventually. Rotten club, rotten people.

Absolutely mental... You could argue Lambert had no structure at Bristol Rovers but he done brilliantly there. Besides, the disruption it would cause the team to find a replacement and integrate them would cost us points, possibly promotion as, sadly, other team would then hike their prices knowing we'll be scrambling around trying to find a suitable replacement.

your club has no chane of getting a celtic star player .

Anyone want to join me on an IQ sweepstake? I'm guessing around 67. -
Sounds like posturing... Besides, hooper isn't going to waive a loyalty bonus if he still can get the move without losing face and handing in a transfer request.

Never understood why people like Ramsey so much. Above average EPL midfielder... :/

He's not as good as England's next Steven Gerrard, Gary Dicker. (LOL@Brighton fans)

My favourite Nathan Dyer moment http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article1660361.ece

Ormerod, Best, Theo, Dyer, Surman... I think? Did Skacel?
-
Theo, I agree, should be played upfront. He doesn't have a wingers ability, so through the middle and he'd probably get 15-20 goals a season.

...and Walcott scores a class equaliser! And Swansea take the lead again. Mertesacker, lol. Reminds me of Jakobson
