Before I opened the article I thought there was no way I'd agree with him. Now I've read it I can say that agree with him 100%... he's only saying what many, many fans think. He's just burnt his bridges completely now though, so I would imagine he's been told he'd never play for England again and thought "**** it, I'll say what I think anyway"

I must have missed something... what exactly did Beattie supposedly do regarding Sturrock?
-
I totally believe this also, though he's being classically wrote off on here. Hope he comes back as I honestly think he'll give us a good 2-3 seasons quality service AND he relish the challenge of firing us back to the Prem...

I would love to have Beatts back!!! Please let it happen! Looks well out of sorts at Blackpool - I firmly believe he just needs to play for a club he knows and cares about. He's definitely not past it, just out of sorts.

Pah, even though it doesn't matter, I'm going to start mocking up some kits anyway! Any requests..

I think you could be right... especially after hearing Dickson's post-match interview last night as well...

Butters can play CM effectively so he might be worth a shout whilst Richardson continues at RB?

Well, that pretty much sums how I feel. Nice one. Though I would like to add that I wouldn't be adverse to seeing them going into a neverending spiral of failure, points deductions and relegations for the rest of my entire life.

Why does that Andy Leader keep getting managerial jobs? Every team I've seen him manage get relegated or really struggle? I'm assuming he's one of those guys who likes a challenge or he's incredibly ****e? Any local football knowledge-hounds out there know why?

Ah, nevermind. Just wondered if you still sported a bubble perm and had those tight-fitting shorts in your possession? -
Haha, you're on the same page as me then, lol. Time to register our interest, so to speak, with... http://www.islamic-bank.com/ ?????

Bit disappointed you never mentioned my PM, Deppo. -
Not saying I believe, just wondered whether it is possible. FWIW, I do believe there are people out there who are excellent at applying NLP and likewise, educating on it. However, there are sooooooooooo many con artists out there (as alluded to above).

Couldn't Pothas open up? I have to say, very excited with Kolpak signings.

Does anyone remember this guy? From what I have read on here, I don't think he's quite made it yet after a trial at Luton http://www.thebeautifulaim.com/ However, I just wondered - do people believe that NLP could potentially improve people beyond their limitations? Has anyone tried NLP and benefited from it?

Just out of interest, if I wanted a Sharia-friendly loan, would I be applicable being a non-muslim? This is probably a ridiculous question...

So in times of spending cuts and job losses left right and centre..

It was in a ****ty state anyway and had been for centuries. I think I'm correct in saying that we don't have any obligation to continue to fund and help a country that has shown time and time again that it isn't even willing to help itself. -

It's wrong, wrong, wrong on so many levels. Firstly, we have our own problems and huge deficit problems here. That should be prioritised. On top of this, we should not be paying any country £650m just to "keep them onside". That's terrible, that's blackmail. Thirdly, where are there muslim brothers in all this? I'd like to know whether any of the filthy-rich Sheikhs and oil-rich nations are helping their fellow brothers and sisters, considering the continuous claim that they should all stick together. Fourthly, I don't understand why anyone else should make up the shortfall of a country that commits just 2.9% on education. Surely, that is their problem to sort out and remember - they don't want us meddling in their affairs anyway. Oh, unless we're dolling out free money of course. It's a gesture that will never be gratefully received or acknowledged and will undoubtedly only end up in the hands of the wrong people who will trickle small amounts down anyway. WHATEVER we do for these countries in the none too distant future, we will never be trusted or seem as allies; only the 'enemy' of Islam. I say give them what they want; complete withdrawal of military, monetary help and other support and let them do it themselves. If they really are that incapable then we'll soon know if we're genuinely needed or not... I'm absolutely sure I will probably be considered a racist on here now. -
I wasn't aware Dawson could open the batting... :-o

Throw in Vladimir Zajec as well!

Massive difference between that and what Rooney did.

I'd agree that they are a "big" club but when the going gets tough in the past, their fickle crowds immediately drop to below 30,000. Surprised it hasn't happened this year much, as of yet... That said, I do have a bit of an affinity with Villa so would definitely not like to see them go. Wigan (utterly, utterly pointless - they must be haemorrhaging so much money), Blackpool (Holloway, attention seeking bellend), Blackburn for me (one of the biggest sh1tholes I ever had the misfortune of visiting a few times - so no real pleasant memories there; besides, like others have said, Allardyce's dismissal was ridiculous). Great to see some of the 'traditional' clubs finding their way back up the Leagues though... QPR, Leeds, Norwich

I'm still awaiting to see if Bates *can* actually bat. He's a fantastic keeping prospect, mind...
