Certainly my fear is if they do appoint what is seemingly a competent manager and we still turn out the same dross then… it’d be fair to suggest that there’s a huge chunk of responsibility lying with the players and senior management - not just the coaching staff etc.
-
Yeah what was that utter nonsense about villages etc again? He said some utterly baffling stuff yesterday evening.
-
You can only read between the lines but we’ve seen Ralph and NJ try with 5atb, fail, bring it back, fail, revert etc. also the baffling team selections. All of a sudden, Moi is a starter? Does he genuinely think he’s decent (he did say he liked him) or is this an insistence from elsewhere? Damn, I really don’t know.

If we were to have any chance, they have to do it. If nothing else, it would be unifying.

I wish I had the time ☹️

I’ve been advocating we give him time and hated the hounding of him but the interview is… well, damning. ☹️
-
That makes me want to puke.
-
That’s a terrifying thought ☹️

(4-3-3): Caballero, KWP, Perraud, Salisu, DCC, Lavia, JWP, Alcaraz, Orsic, Onuachu, Adams. Please. No Moi, Lyanco, Diallo.

It’s insane isn’t it. Insane.

Wow, what an interview 😲

I don’t want to say I’m starting to turn this week but the team selections are hopeless, compounded by some risqué recruitment and abject, weak displays… Ugh, not quite sure how it can be turned round, even with an elite manager in charge.

I don’t disagree, it massively helps.

Dirty, vile rotten corpse of a football club pre-Jones and dare I say it, it still will be post-Jones. With the greatest respect, our players are gutless losers. There’s a reason they play for us and there’s a reason we’re 20th.
-
They really are a proper bunch of gutless losers
-
Why Elyounoussi, why. How. Why.
-
They might not get anything today(though I think they will) but theyll annoyingly escape the trapdoor again, 100%

Poll: how do you think our League season will end?

If Potter became available, he’d grind us to to safety IMO. -

A late rally, improved performances but still strewn with stupid mistakes. We’ve left ourselves too much to do. Down, sadly. Or Romeo, done. Everton to survive though again, annoyingly. -
Yeah, I try do min of 10k steps a day (I think you said something similar). Sundays are my ‘down’ day. If I manage 500 that’s an achievement 😂 Yeah I read about it and thought I’d try it but I didn’t really realise I was kind of doing it already during the day, then justifying pigging out in the evenings as I had calories to make up. Which I later found out wasn’t the right way of doing it. can’t help but think these regimens must have been so much easier when we were twenty somethings though!

Crisps are still my downfall. 😬 Yeah that’s what I couldn’t believe - how logical it all was once I got my head around it and started to see real visual progress. Were you intermittently fasting consciously or was it just part of your routine as you were busy and didn’t have time to eat? I was like that, then would load up on rubbish later on when I was ravenous - then try to reason with myself that it was ok as I hadn’t eaten all day. I take it you’re well versed on what to have post workouts etc? I didn’t realise how important it was until I upped the quality and quantity of my foods, then I saw I could recover quicker, workout harder, longer etc. it’s a strange old thing. You’d think sitting around doing nothing that you’ll be well rested. It was the complete opposite for me. But as soon as I started training, burning energy created more energy…

Careful, the safety’s off tonight. #baldwinofbantz

Yeah, the science and well, simplicity behind it is amazing. Once I was educated about this I was astounded how routine and easy-ish it becomes once you’ve done it for a few weeks. I mean, I still treat myself now and then but there’s knowledge now that I have to moderate it and the discipline which kicks on of ‘not wanting to lose what I’ve worked so hard for’ Key word for me was ‘balanced’. And because I feel better and am happy in how I look, I love to encourage others to do the same now. Did you find it much of an adjustment changing your diet?
-
I second all of this in terms of the diet and exercise regimen. I train four times a week but the biggest impact I’ve made is changing my diet. My diet keeps the weight off and the training makes me feel ‘young’ - whatever that might be. Only took it seriously from last year onwards and it’s changed everything. Stronger and fitter than ever, and I’ve just tipped over the 40 mark.

The thing is, I just paid a fiver and I actually now do have a legitimate question, which I am happy to ask in private.
