I've never made up what I've said on here... but I've been wrong.
-
Not a decently coiffured mane in sight on the touchline though
-
Why do you continue to talk utter made up drivel? And if it's not made up, you've nicked it from somewhere else, padded it out with lots of maybes in the hope that if it comes off, you'll be renowned as ITK?
-
I fkn hope not

I'd agree definitely that Mane would be rendered redundant under Puel with these tactics, I'm sure of that. There's a lot of "he's improved under Puel" nonsense too. I can think of two players who have improved Romeu an Yoshida, and that's thanks to more exposure. More exposure for the likes of Stephens, Cedric etc too means that there is a false sense of Puel improving the players when he clearly hasn't. There's players in that team that would suit an offensive, expansive style of football but it is ever hardly utilised in favour of the turgid possession at all costs style.

Iirc, he was Vitesse manager when we played them.
-
So many retards on here. The fact they had about fifteen senior players and sold their two best players in Jan doesn't register. And they were pretty much anchored to the bottom. But naaaah he's done a sh1t job
-
Or De Boer. Maybe Ince. Or Mancini. Tragically crap managers but a big name. It must be a BIG NAME. BIG NAME. MUST BE HAS TO BE GOT TO BE ONLY BIG NAMES ACHIEVE MANAGMENT SUCCESS
-
I'm aware of that... but I'm pretty sure he's not involved in squad building and I might pretty sure he didn't throw a wobbler over Mane leaving. His main role was growing commercial revenue, identifying and attracting partners etc.
-
Oh and I'm not sure Rodgers is THAT involved with transfers.... he was hired for a different purpose. Classic AR10
-
Having his picture taken in the new shirt won't avert him being sold for 50m+ if we decided to sell... pretty sure about that
-
Any ideas why media outlets keep giving that face-painted wig-wearing bellend of ours exposure? Every time I watch football or look at match photos I see him. Utter embarrassment.. he's basically our CWTB. Anyone else keep seeing him?
-
I Actually said it was way cheap at the time, not surprised by his progress... he's genuine class. Hope he does go from the scousers to a big club... not end up at West Ham or something
-
We'd have more issues if we'd reappointed Mick Wadsworth
-
That would be an awesome signing. Prob won't go past 10 goals in his first year in the Prem but after he's familiar with the league, who knows.... If we sign him for £7m, he'll be worth £30m two seasons down the line.
-
First time he's lost at home for a long, long time and already masterminded big home wins against teams a lot higher than them in the league. If you've got half a brain you'd look beyond one dodgy result. Still a quality manager.
-
Loads of nauseating "were the biggest/bestest club in the football league" on Twitter at the mo, likewise a lot of them going on about how they've won all four divisions. Considering their only a few years old, I didn't think that was possible?
-
Silva was spoken to last summer.
-
The better you play the more chance of winning. There's a correlation there
-
Sorry Blanc is up and down. As is Emery.
-
They're not always crap and that was a solid point for them. With everything he's had to contend with he's worked a minor miracle with the players at his disposal. We can't afford Emery and he's a bit up and down anyway. Second on my list is Roger Schmidt.
-
Marco Silva. A man who can work quickly and effectively, a man whose teams actually have an identity and a plan and the nearest thing we'll get to Poch-style football. Can get 'big-game' results and is still, bizarrely, criminally overlooked by some of the FotB weirdos on here. Knows how to blood youngsters, too. He'd fit almost seamlessly into the club. Anyway, whatever happens, he'll go on to manage a European superclub in the next few years. We should go all out to get him but I'm afraid Les won't want to admit he made a mistake.
-
"Sure" He's the least sure goalkeeper I've ever seen at Saints
-
He gets a lot of sh1t from people but tadic is one player with genuine class. Wouldn't blame him if he went, he'd genuinely excel at a top 6 club

Prediction for next 6 months May 2017 limping finish to 13th June 2017 Bertrand, van dijk, Soares not for sale July 2017 Bertrand, van dijk, Soares sold for 85m in total for offers that 'is a fair reflection of the players market value' and will enable us to reinvest and 'continue to progress and improve the squad' Aug 2017 Bigged up substandard replacements brought in for 50m Dec 2017 the 'Give Claude time and he'll get it right' fascinators have had their time as has Puel. Player status will look disinterested and the style of play still incredibly boring. Saints 18th in Prem, Puel leaves. Meh, guess we'll see. Can't see Saints getting better in time as many others predict
