As for being different, seems to me if you go and so compound lifts, a bit of body weight plus 15 mins of HIIT varying between running,rowing, cycling and circuits then its pretty much what cross fit is anyway.

Yep buy them a tennis ball and tell them to go and practise for hours on a piece of wasteland, empty warehouse anywhere where the ball will be constantly bouncing off things or uneven ground so will be arriving at them at unusual angles and heights. If they can control and strike a tennis ball in that environment then once they come to play on a flat pitch with a normal sized ball they'll be head and shoulder above the others. By all means learn tricks and tactics with coaches on manicured pitches wearing branded kits but for the basics there is no better way.

Utter nonsense. If any club is the definition of a sleeping giant its Leeds. I live 15 miles from Leeds and their support is huge. It's a big one club city where most people support Leeds, it's the third biggest city in the country I believe, as well as drawing large support from towns all over Yorkshire and beyond. Not mention the fact that they have fans all over the country, not on the scale of Man United or Liverpool perhaps but they are certainly the Chelsea or spurs of the north in terms of support. I don't like Leeds, particularly living in the area being surrounded by their fans day in day out but in terms of support they are one of the biggest clubs in the country. They've been grossly mismanaged for years, if they had an owner prepared to spend money to get them back up then they could easily be a force again.

I'd like to see more done to encourage white sprinters to reach the 100 metres final. White spinters are hugely under represented in this area. We really should introduce the equivalent of the Rooney rule at every 100 metre final whereby a white sprinter has to be represented in it. The lack of white sprinters is a real issue and more needs to be done to encourage them.

The constant bleating that black managers don't get a fair chance, that more needs to be done to encourage black players to become managers. Isn't it all very patronising and dull? The evidence is there for all to see that black managers are getting chances to get decent jobs and if a black players wants to get into management then they're more than capable of working out what they need to do to get one, without some patronising encouragement to do so.
