  1. Doesn't it also say Villa have more bottle than us? Afterall by our captains admission we were starstruck when we went to Anfield. How embarassing.
  2. They are winning 3-0 at Anfield. Thw same place our poor little soildiers got frightend playing at. What does that say about us?
  3. Lallana admitted the players got stage fright at Anfield. Embarassing that Villa can go there and win comfortably.
  4. What are you on about now?
  5. Villas performance at Liverpool shows how utterly embarassing our 'stage fright' was at Anfield two weeks ago.
  6. If he can play well of pitches that are not much better than school playing fields imagine how excellent he could be on the bowling green like surfaces of premier league clubs.
  7. Great cross for Lamberts goal wasn't it.
  8. Lee played well again Derby and Barnsely last season. He is going to be a massive player for us IMO
  9. I think some of you need to cast your minds back to our first season in L1 and a fantastic goal scored by Brentford at SMS. An attacking full back ran at our defence skinned 4 players and delivered a peach of a cross for a Brentford goal. Who was thst player? Oh that right the one Pardew was so keen to sign during the following summer. Look at Pardews business for us, the vast majority of his signings have been hits. Why would Ryan Dickson be any different? He's hardly been given a chance here and he's proved he can be a real threat going forward.
  10. I'm Assuming none of you have noticed the ease with which it is to access the stadium this season. The quick and simple process of interesting your season ticket card card into the machine which then provides hassle free access? The reduced queues due to this slick process. Where do you think the funds for this project is going to come from? Should we ask the Liebherrs to write more cheques to improve the matchday experience or should fans share some of the burden? You claim you don't want to be in debt and that the club will be self sustaining, you all claim you dont want to 'do a Pompey' yet when asked to dig into your pockets to back the club you claim to support its nothing but ungrateful, spoilt, moaning behaviour. The booking fee is entirely fair and reasonable. There are wages to pay, technology to pay for to improve your matchday experience but it's just whinge, whine, moan from the usual suspects. I applaud Cortese for the booking fee and moving us into line with other ticket booking processes for other forms of entertainment. It's a real leap forward into the 21st century for the club. If you back the chairman and genuinely want us to be self sustaining then you should do the same.
  11. Have you seen his contract?
  12. Interesting. You have access to our wage budget? Please share it.
  13. I hear Colin likes to gargle.
  14. I Suggest Cortese shows him the plans of what they are doing to the Bargate and city walls. Christine Brinkey will love walking round that on an autumn afternoon.
  15. He might accept less to be part of the challenge and shares the chairmans vision.
  16. And why would he join a team destined for relegation when he could help drive our champions league push?
  17. So am I too assume you do not think Frank Lampard would join us?
  18. I only have one on my CV.
  19. Does trunky want a bun?
  20. And exactly why do you and the Andover Lemon think us signing Frank Lampard is laughable? Alan Ball, Kevin Keegan, Peter Osgood. All players who have joined Southampton in the past. Yet you and your little band of sneerers continue to try and belittle this fanatic soccerball club. There is every chance he would be up for the challenge of joining us and the more optimistic and intelligent posters like myself and Wes Ender understand that top players will find Southampton a very attractive proposition and if you don't understand why, maybe you should ask Kevin Keegan.
  21. That would be hilarious. We should maybe consider signing a whole team of gingers then we could chant "come on you wotsits" at them.
  22. Why? Because i dont agree with people driving their cars in a dangerous fashion? Do you think those limits are put in place because people feel like it? There has been lots of research to prove what safe speed limits are. Peoples blatant disregard for these is sickening. I'm particularly surprised to see some of our 'holier than thou' posters boasting about breaking road laws and assisting others to avoid punishment.
  23. People do realise that the speed limit is the maximum limit yes? You don't HAVE to drive at that speed but should not exceed it. All this whining about being over the maximum speed limit. Would you whinge about someone being done for drink driving if they were 'only' one pint over the drink drive limit? Some of you that blatently ignore road regulations and worse still giving advice on how to get away with offences make me sick.
  24. I dont want that ginger c*nt anywhere near our team.
  25. Yes, the web of decit he is spinning would just get bigger by yet more lies.
