It's like every new signing we are linked with, a handful of people will say he is either brillant or sh*t and everyone else will jump on the bandwagon as a must sign having hardly if at all seen him play. We've had all this for years. I recall us linked with Marcus Allback and Javi De Pedro, people on here banging on for months about we should sign them, despite never having heard of either of them or seen them play, just a couple of people said they were decent or good on championship manager. I've seen Maynard play once and wasn't overly impressed but not enough to give an informed view that he is the answer to all our prayers. I've seen Sharp a handful of times this season though and he looks a good bet for a signing. Think he'd score a hatful for us.

When we go back up to Harrogate we get a similar deal from a farmers butchers about 2 miles outside. Meat so fresh it's sometimes being delivered if you get there in the morning. £50 gets you 3 chickens, shoulder of lamb, sausages, lamb chops, pork belly, but can mix and match to get all sorts. Excellent value for money and the meat is different class to anything you get in supermarkets.
