WHat makes you think that??!
-
His favourite saying at the end of every self promotion post, of which there are many is... "you wish you were me"
-
I am yet to discover anyone who considers him a hero on here, like his claims on that thread.
-
He is. He lost a load of weight but it appears to be creeping back on after he met a new bird. Which is another, amusing story.
-
How many of you were offered to meet him for a "chat"? I know he and Dell Days had a particularly special relationship.
-
He is asking why you didn't introduce yourself at the saints trust drinks.
-
Correct hence his nicknames; wangy eye, spade face and fat c*nt. All facts Sadly for him he is one of those disasters of a human being who has yet to come to terms with it.
-
funny amusing or funny a tw*t?
-
what are your views and memories of him on here? He's been banned a while so would like to know how he is remember a year on. Honest replies please.
-
why? We are the best supported club outside of London and Manchester and an unstoppable charge to the champions league, are the most attracctive team for a player outside of the top 4 and have been since we finished 7th in league one, who woulndn't want to join us? It's if we want him but as pointed out by Colinjb, we already have Richard Chaplow and they are quite similar so we'll pass this time thanks.
-
We will be champions by March.
-
You have got a very good user name.
-
Or a well priced deal to encourage fans to sign up to it. Tell me this, if we'd done this, would you say was a masterstroke by Cortese, or say it's a sign we are desperately trying to break even?
-
Exactly this. It's a very good deal and good idea from them. If we'd done this people on here would be claiming it is a fantastic idea.
-
I dont want to do it.

this is turning into the Charlie Austin thread mark XI

Isn't everything in life based on an ability to pay? THe house you live in, the car you drive, where you go on holiday etc etc? I think it is a genius idea to introduce a premiem rate service for football. Plus it'll keep all the riff raff in a lower cateogry of fan where they belong. I dont have to put up with scum when i get my BMW serviced and in my 5 star holiday resorts why should i when supporting my football club?
-
I believe in paying more for a better customer experience, for example why i always pay for priority boarding when going on holiday. Prehaps SFC could bring this in for season ticket renewals, priority renewal gets you a speedier and more accurate response. I shall send an email to Nicky suggesting it.

They also said Martin O'Neill had boughta house in Winchester and was waiting in a hotel and definitely a done deal.....
-
Please explain why offering fans a deal like this means they are desperate and f*cked.
-
or to put it another way when was the last time we played Leeds and the stadium was only 2/3rds full. Despite all the excuses of holidays, sky, ticket prices, surprise birthday parties and barmitzvahs 22k would be a huge disappointment. Especially for a club whose fan base think we could over double that and should expand the stadium now to cope with the demand.

That was 1986 mate, clarkes debut. We signed him for 400k after Mexico 86. Our last home win on first day was 88/89 beat west ham 4-0. A young slim MLT scoring the 4th

Mine didn't. It was a simple and dare i say it, delightful mornings shopping. went down to SMS Saturday morning, parked in one of the many spaces opposite the car park in Britannia Road, skipped merrily across he road safe in the knowledge that I had saved a pound. Got to the ticket office, let the bloke who arrived in front of me go first as he had parked in the car park so he too could avoid the charges. Paid for my season ticket received a complete book and strolled back to my car unchallenged with a full season ticket and having beaten the system. Turkish 2 cortese 0 And another example of the benefits of not desperately needing to pay for something ling before you need it.

Do you really believe that all the 8,000 or so fans who went to the league game against Leeds in March 2010 are all on holiday, have surprise birthday parties or christenings to attend? What about the 28,000 extras that went to the JPT final? Where are they? It was only a couple of weeks ago people were saying we could get 45,000 every week. It seems we cant even get half that for our first game back in the championship against a club which is usually one of our biggest gates.

booked 2 weeks in Sharm El Shiekh at the weekend. Going in October.
