Yes the Skates knew the DEF were being held inside for their safety so in usual skate style started giving in the trampoline behind the safety of the police lines. After about 30 minutes and knowing full well the police would have to let us out to make sure we made the train back and avoid Europes most dangerous crew being stuck in Portsmouth for their night the police started to warn the skates they needed to leave the area. Cue a stampede as they desperately tried to get away resulting in them smashing windows of shops and houses as they tried to find a place to hide, even a few police we attacked in their desperation to escape. when we finally got out as expected the skates were all safely tucked out of the way with the police lines protecting the few that were stupid enough to still be in the area. An unchallenged stroll back to station. once we were back on the trains surprise, surprise the skates came out of their hiding places and started bouncing around again gobbing off. Those that were there know. If we’d have got anywhere near them that day they’d have been torn apart, lucky for them the police did their job and protected them from am absolute pasting so they had to smash up their own city to hide from us

Yeah, this is true. The DEF had some heavy artillery out that day and they kept us in for the skates protection. When they heard we might be coming out they started attacking the police as they were so desperate to get away. But you ain’t see any of that in their books.

Just another amazing coincidence again isn’t it.

We keep most of our exclusives to the YouTube channel these days. Too many weirdos on here desperately hoping we’re wrong

funny isn't it. No rumours and no signings, the CoT post no rumours and clues and are criticised for not posting any. Again more evidence we have out fingers firmly on the pulse.

I know things are a little bit miserable on the pitchand the grand long term plan to reinvent football has had to be shelved for now but off the pitch things have progressed superbly. The new fanzone has been an immediate hit. We unveiled the Knightwood lounge and it has been hailed as truly one of a kind with its thoughtful design, the 1885 lounge is in a world of it's own with luxury padded seats, meanwhile the jewel in our crown is the award winning halo lounge. Meanwhile the Dell bar is a fantastic place to connect and have fun. We have a selection of drinks and foodstuffs in the concourses that can keep the hungry fan refreshed ready to roar the boys on for the remainder of the match. With the long coveted "kop end" now in place with away fans moved to the corner it can surely only be a matter of time before we become unbeatable at St Marys For the first time we truly are able to deliver the ultimate match day experience to fans from all walks of life, however they want to watch the game. In my opinion there has never been a better time to attend St Marys.

The new champions league format is a load of shit

Krakow is great. Palermo in Sicily is a cracking place to visit too and the weather should be okay even in Feb.

Southampton fans are very interested in Udinese signing Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu, 22, on loan. (Irish Independent - subscription required)

Like they’re hamsters on a wheel earning their cheese. People still don’t seem to have worked out that a 30 minute run will only “burn” about 250 calories so it’s much easier to use the gym to get strong and fit and not eat chocolate bar than it is to run for 30 minutes and eat it because you’ve earned it FFS

Arm curls in the squat rack FFS
-
hearing people talk about how many calories they've burnt in the gym Have this almost overwhelming desire to butt in and tell them that is why they are still fat, it's wrong on so many levels

You made it about me sweetheart with yet another unprovoked attack bringing me into this thread in your discussion with Nick. In fact in the last week you've mentioned me on every post you've made! Does your wife know you're so obsessed with another man on an internet forum?
-
Yeah he was class at Leicester and in the early days at Villa. Made the England squad a few times IIRC but don’t think he ever got a cap. I felt the same about Prutton, he ended up being shunted out to the left a lot under redknapp so never really saw the best of him and he never reached his potential. I’ve seen Pruttons kid in a Saints shirt a few times, looking at his age would assume he was born in Southampton when David played for us

It’s been spent incredibly badly. We’ve had a couple that have worked out but in the main the transfers have been disastrous. Because we’ve been so crap the decent signings have all left and Fernandes will be next. Shame as a core of Ramsdale, THB, Livramento, Lavia, Fernandes and Dibling would be the basis of a good young team. Shame we screwed it by surrounding them with dross and crap managers
-
I was being facetious but agree, it's ridiculous we're still spending the same now as we were 10-11 years ago. Also that we haven't learned that 3 players for £15m is a much worse deal than 1 player for £40m in so many ways.
-
i wont believe it until @ITK_Agent confirms it
-
£20m got us Carillo, Vestergaard and Sulemana 😂
-
Yep, crazy isn't it. That was 2013/14 season. 11 seasons ago, £15m now is the £8m of then. We have a ridiculous habit of quantity over quality which we've repeated year after year.
-
This is a pretty poor question. Mark Draper had already peaked, he was 30 when we signed him been at Villa for years. Prutton was England U21 captain and considered to be a great prospect when we signed him. I see David Prutton quite regularly, he goes to the same gym and lives in the village next to ours. Nice fella.

the CoT is not a dancing bear that performs on demand. We have demonstrated our credibility on numerous occasions, yet there are still some naysayers, jealous, bitter and spiteful about our popularity. Lets remember for a second that the CoT thread is now one of the most popular in Saintsweb history, running for across 4 transfer windows and 37 pages. Of course there are some that are too stupid to work out the clues and they too blame us rather than addressing their own inner turmoil. However there are some people who appreciate the CoT and the work we do, remember we dont do this for us, we do it for you. If people still do not believe despite the overwhelming accuracy of our posts that is their choice. Remember people do not believe what they see, they believe what they believe.
