A club Has a legal agreement with a player to sell him for a fixed preagreed fee, they have to accept a fee of let’s say £20m. So why would there be a bidding war when every bid for £20m has to be accepted? Saints still have to accept the £20m bid even if other clubs bid £100m.

I think that's a tactic, he never did it that much under Hughes and Theo does it, they both do it a lot. Get the ball and drive forward up the pitch, if it comes off great if not it draws free kicks or we press high up the pitch to win the ball back early.

People seemed to become bitter when WIlde adopted him as a kind of unofficial voice of the fans. Before the 2003 cup final when it became overrun with bellends that forum was good. From memory I think it was a pedigree cat, quite expensive, he said he’d have one as a gift for his daughter but asked to pay later, after she tried to several times to get the money he disappeared.
