  1. Have the government not given us any advice yet?
  2. Great idea, they could have joined Jack and his family and gone orienteering in Cornwall
  3. Actually it doesn't. For all those screaming how terrible it is you dont thrash athletes to death for 11 months of the year, they dont work on their fitness mid season unless they're coming back from injury or need specific improvements. It has been proven time and again that after a tough period a rest or deload period for a few days actually has a significant enhancement on performance. It 100% much better than getting them in for a beep test or thrashing on the training ground like some of you jokers are suggesting. Some of you wont like it because we're on a bad run but facts are facts.
  4. Stay safe in Storm Goretti everyone!
  5. More chance of Anne Frank!

    Please be better than shit
  7. thats the sensible, normal approach. This isn't the SR/Saints do things differently, think outside the box, if it aint broke, break it, thinking etc.
  8. and it wasn't his fault as it was slightly behind him, it was a bad ball 😂
  9. I see Max Alleyne made his Man City debut last night, such a shame these academy kids are being taken before they've even played a first team game these days
  10. Its become a pantomime now, just watching the highlights from last night and it's a joke. Fans singing for it, the wait and build up, fans and players going bananas when they get or dont get a decision. I guess it all adds to the excitement for the TV audience which is all that matters these days.
  11. I think non white people should be given immunity up until the final 6. It’s the only way we can stop this racism
  12. Black bloke won on countdown yesterday he’s now 7 in a row. 🖤🖤🖤
  13. Hopefully we can see the green shoots of recovery under him and we can weed out the cliques.
  14. Don’t give them any ideas 🫣
  15. Bens going to be bring a couple of lads in from The Dare to Dream academy who are going to cook! 🧑‍🍳⏲️🍳
  16. One of my dad’s favourites. Sad news 😢
  17. with 4 and half years in sales the garden centre he'd have large experience with transactions and will also be comfortable carrying out instructions in a high pressured environment, coupled with his analysis experience i think we've got someone with highly transferable skills who would make the ideal first team coach carrying out all Rasmus instructions.
  18. with hazelnut, strawberry, orange and coconut flavour they'll count towards your 5 a day
  19. I love it. Even when I wasn’t a member of somewhere did CrossFit workouts which you can find easily on google. The best thing about it is that you can scale workouts to your level and it’s all planned for you. If you go minimum 3 times a week you’ll do a mix of barbell stuff, bodyweight, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing and running, HIIT, endurance, tabata it really does cover all bases and you progress very quickly
  20. Yep once you get to a certain age, especially if you had injuries or surgery definitely got to reset goals and expectations. The box i go to is really good, its a different one from before and the coaches are amazing. Everyone has a training book, you need to get signed off before you can do workouts at the correct level which are 1-5 and they retest every 3 months so always gives you something to aim for and see your progress, know weaknesses etc plus it stops peoples egos getting in the way or people smashing themselves and getting injured.
  21. Im back doing Crossfit again, have been for the last 3 months which is madness really at my age but i've decided to do it more for health and wellbeing now rather than trying to compete with lads half my age. Body feels pretty beaten up some times after a session now but i've found adding 10 minutes of stretching a day has made a massive difference. I dont know if the supplements help as well but it doesn't feel like their doing any harm so will continue with them, im yet to experience the "limitless" effect of Lions Mane though so maybe it takes a while
  22. Elyanoussi got to be up there. A truly awful player. Wasn't he meant to be the replacement for Tadic? Spent two seasons on loan and the only good thing i remember anyone saying about him was Ralph saying he was good against the ball.
  23. Sad day when a potentially awesome leader of the offensive line is driven out of the franchise. He could be been a phenomenal head shot converter and a star performer on the roster. We will never get to see it.
