Let's make no bones about this - Oxford were fucking useless and we've managed to gift wrap them 3 of the easiest points they'll get all season. This team of ours continues to have a really soft underbelly. Possession with zero purpose and players wandering around making no effort to show for the ball between the lines. Forget a play-off place this lot are heading where they deserve - lower table obscurity and the fans deserve a lot better. Scienza, Fellows, Azaz and Armstrong have been very very poor. They are normally our best players so that tells you how shit we've been. Once again we are far too content to play slow Russball at the back instead of making quick vertical passes to progress us through the lines. zzzzzzzzzzzz!

Agree. It is clear we need to do some business in the January transfer window if we are serious about mounting any sort of challenge for a play-off place. We have a bloated squad but not a good array of options in some key positions such as wing back, midfield, goalkeeper and striker. Lots of dross in the squad who have little or no impact.
