am currently in a lodge in south africa drinking red wine and sent my wife and mother in law on the game drive whilst I sit here and watch online, do I get rep points or is this to be expected. Gaston picking passes as efficiently as a roman catholic priest picks choirboys.
-
No one would dare do that to The Animal its defo Gaston.
-
Will it be Glasgow, Barry or Alpine who knows the most about this type of injury and will the board be blamed for not buying someone in the summer ?
-
**** and Jay is just such a decent bloke, now that fresh prince dickhead welbeck is guaranteed to get in the squad. More gutted that he doesn't have the chance of a world cup, but he is still young and think he will be 29 in the next one, hopefully this will make him and not break him.
-
Can we loan him off for 3yrs to the champs (a la Courtois) and and wait until he bulks up and has dealt with the physical side of the game, think his reflexes and ground work is ok and kicking ok as well he just needs hard ugly forwards, defenders in his face week in and out.
-
100% I would love him to do 10mins on the last game of season just to get rid of rust but I would be devo for him if he doesn't get a chance at making the world cup.

Knee ligament recovery times depending on the grading - hopefully 6 weeks max. http://www.physioworks.com.au/injuries-conditions-1/knee-ligament-injury

This plus the wife went back to the shop for beer.
-
Have to say he's culpable for 2 goals but he's also saved 2 goals
-
Great save gazza
-
I'm ****ed off for JRod, ****ed off cos of the score and ****ed off cos the wife forgot the beer from the shop.
-
Dunno who I am watching but I have Diddy Hamann and Andy Townsend.
-
Leave the nuns out of it.
-
JWP dropped for Morgan then ?
-
He definitely kicks better than Boruc in my opinion.
-
Both Hamann and Townsend saying they expect Lallana to be at bigger club next season. This is gonna be painful analysis.

De Gea was **** for 1 whole season with Man U, where as Gazza has only really played twice in spells for us. 1st under Nigel where teams were having more shots than a bukkake conference and over Xmas this season when our central defence and midfield were dealing with injuries etc. If he f*cks up thats life but we have the players we have no point in moaning about of what we could of or should of had, we should look at it as a learning opportunity, we are fortunate enough for these games to be only about pride, if he doesn't perform he will be out the door in the summer i would expect and Cropper given a chance as 3rd but lets just hope we are wrong and he performs.
-
Jeez Glasgow you are beavering away on every thread, your busier than a 1 armed bricklayer in Baghdad.
-
Didn't we win 3-0 in his last game for us and if I remember we had a lot of injuries during that spell, positive attitude and all that.

FA cup has in my view a 1 season benefit that adds to our history in what is becoming a redundant cup and gives us access to the second rate European competition. It would be something that would add to our history but may not positively impact our future. Champions League means a lot more cash and accessibility to a better quality of player who wants to play in the CL, a player who can result in us possibly pushing on the next season and help win the FA cup as well. If we fail at both then we still have those players under contract and opportunities for the year after etc etc.

Luke Shaw is the best left-back in the world
Convict Colony replied to Glasgow_Saint's topic in The Saints
Well he must be on the right track as he has just been named left back and the only Englishman in the Best Young Players in the world by Sky Italia :-) like the look of that Mitrovic up front this summer. -
Financial results for year ending 30 June 2013
Convict Colony replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Hans Hofstetter, Director, added: “Whilst I perceive that we have inherited a difficult situation financially, there are now clear and structured plans in place to progress the Club and avoid a similar situation from occurring again. “The continued support of the Ultimate Shareholder cannot be underestimated, and we are grateful to be able to rely on their dedication to helping us flourish as a Club. “In the short time I have been at Southampton it has become abundantly clear that we are blessed with a staff that has all the necessary skills with which to progress, and now that we can supplement that with a strong Board I am sure we will enjoy a successful future together.” Read more at http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/31032014-financial-results-201213-1455995.aspx#8pIlUjdxubz1XvIb.99 -
hahahahaha I thought the same about his hair, I think I read somewhere that they encourage you to grow it out after treatment. He is slowly morphing into that dude with the soul glow in coming to america Thought Massa was a little ***** today, instigating team orders at the beginning when Bottas was trying to overtake and then ignoring them and then complaining afterwards when he was told to move over when he had overtaken 0 people all day. Force India were great with Hulk, Riccardo just can't get a break and Lewis won by 12 secs whilst not getting anywhere near his full fuel consumption so was coasting. Will take a lot for any team to catch them before it is too late.

What did Einstein say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I think we are doing Roy a disservice, if I was him I would be using the heat and humidity angle to drop these older players like Lampard/Cole etc and promote youth into this world cup. We did after all see the effect the young german team had in the last world cup where as against Algeria we were awful. If Hoddle can drop Gazza then Roy can dump Welbeck.
