Yeah get what you mean but I think when we compare what Mopo was doing before we signed him if we sign Koeman we should believe in the guys who have scouted him and his system to fit within our approach. More importantly i think it is Koeman purely as he is a RK as well so Canadian RK would love him. If Gaston leaves hopefully Dutch RK looks to recruit Piazon via Chelsea who had a great season in the dutch league this season.

I would happily let every player play for their boyhood club if they give what Rickie has given us over 5yrs, he is a goal machine and that is no lie, his chance to conversion ratio must be really up there. If he has half as many chance as sturridge for pool he will score f*cking tonnes from the bench. Really happy for him but also agree it would of preferred it to be kept quiet until after the world cup so we could cheer for him. He will forever be a saint, everyone else has had him on loan.

Too be perfectly honest if I owned this club I'd look purely on ROI opportunities to drive my actions: 1. Either raise profile by getting into Europe = increased commercial turnover and profit + more sky dates 2. Or would I look to sell a couple of players every year for guaranteed easy 30m profit ? Which is the one you can control ?
