  1. LMAO - Another moment of tory boy trying to talk football (badly) and then over-reacting, despite the hugely hypocritical diatribe and class-laden bigotry we usually hear every other post from Sundance/Nineteen Ventaspleen. Keep peddling the "Pericard" analogy. It may work one day, on some bench somewhere...in the woods. You need to research a new tag line about the sport, that one is wearing thin. Lighten up. A bad day in the wellington boot factory?! Isn't it ironic when you buy 2 pairs of wellington boots, then chew your own foot off....errrrrrr, maybe not. *gets tweed jacket* ;o) You've done some more research, well done. Having some actual, genuine recall and depth to your football knowledge will stand you in better stead for the analysis though, or any respite. I find the scepticism utterance laughable though, with your track record. When you so blindly and sycophantically sound off as the mouth piece for your peerage yet blindly, verbosely and quite wrongly castigate Crouch, esq. with your bitter, snobbish hatred (for whatever reasons) and twisted misdemeanour. Sorry to be antagonistic but I’m not sure if this is your more polite, tongue biting moniker (peddling positive relations for Lowe, esq.), or the more realistic and bigoted personality, frustrated at now being able to control and manipulate the good people of Southampton!
  2. You wanna see her bathroom!!
  3. So, you're implying Lowe manipulated Wotte into a job he didn't want by potentially getting the club relegated?! Call me cynical but I don't think that merits applause. Appointing (& persisting) with an inexperienced and inadequate manager/youth experiment for 3/4 of the CCC season was a ridiculously stupid gamble. Lowe running the financial business, if prudent actions have kept the wolves at bay, I don't have a problem with. Interfering with the football side, I do (let's not go there, yet again!) Before anyone spouts the well-worn 'finances' mantra, we could easily have employed the current strategy or something similar to the model Pearson suggested from the onset - it's just certain factions at SFC (mentioning no names, of course *cough*) had other ideas. Regardless of blame, we are in grave peril and highly likely to be relegated but I, clearly, pray we survive. The sad fact is, we've become accustomed to watching and being served rubbish at St Mary's. 2 home wins should be the norm. Whilst I don't deny it's great we've broken the hoodoo and managed 2 wins in a row, we've still got a hell of a lot to do. However, unlike our notorious Rupey mouth-piece here, I'd certainly not start hanging the bunting and sounding the fanfare quite yet. *everything crossable crossed*
  4. Ok Ponty but have you seen the length of the thread. It'd take 'til next April just to read the verbose monologue Nineteen/Sundancing spleen typed! Quell surprise at Nick jumping on his high horse and not clearing the fence! LOL I actually inferred I wasn't sure but "thought" I may have been muddled. It does happen Nicholas, even with my effervescent wit! We hear what we're told, people misunderstand. Still, let's not misunderstand that Rupert and Hone are still t*ssers! ;o) Still, don't let it bother you so much. I may have been right first time, I may have been unnecessarily doubted myself but I chose to be humble about it. Still, feel free to personally infract me with the new "don't post unless you can back up/substantiate/reveal your source" rule on this 'internet chat forum', if you so wish! People got just as excited at Duncan's comments when, really, they should probably get out a wee bit more!
  5. Yes I did. I think I muddled up the two but I repeated what I was told at the time (last year) to Duncan and yourself. Can always check for you and PM back. Cheers and apologies for any confusion.
  6. OOPS! Just read this last page and it seems it's all regressed to mild back slapping and some more level headed speak - good! I won't stir up the hornets' nest.
  7. I wasn't aware fans were. Whilst Lowe makes no effort whatsoever to appease (or even please) the fans, most fans have given up due to pitiful performances and the sheer profusion of abysmal managerial decisions (and the even murkier circumstances in which these terrible football decisions have been made and to whom it making them). Our fans have been great in my opinion. If you consider the sh*t they've been served post Premiership, attendances deserve to be around much lower figures, particularly when you consider the stance of the club and the limited media press releases and very controlled spin and cherry picked comments that mainly patronise and alienate the fans. Fans deserve respect, not contempt or being ignored and left in the dark (FFS - Hockaday, Webster, Van der whatshisface, Poortvliet departure circumstances, General club information...etc.) The club monitors this forum and only seems to respond when the mood goes too stale, which with this management is often and repeatedly. I think people are getting wayyyyy too over excited about this. Jonah (stereotypically) particularly. I spoke with Duncan last year about this Lowe/Mary incident and it's not uncommon knowledge. Whilst it is not in the best interests of everyone involved to broadcast such incidents, I find it utterly bewildering to consider why the beloved Rupert gets defended by Nick, Jonah and the other rather strangely opinionated suspects who know nothing of the facts yet berate those that post anything anti Lowe. WHY? Let's be objective and open minded - it's not ridiculous to accept that Lowe is strong minded (he needs to be) and he can be. allegedly, a bully (board room, AGMs, etc.) and loves to be the top dog and in control. To be fair, It's how he's been brought up and part of his character and background (it's just a shame we suffer so many of the side effects due to arrogance and ego and Rupert always thinking he knows best - quite severe results when you have an over-view historically) I am assuming the said incident was the coincidental meeting at a certain holiday home, and a certain paranoid chairman getting very hot under the collar and giving the hair dryer treatment to a certain lady involved with our football club. Thankfully, she was a lot more dignified than most and didn't want incidents such as these damaging the club (someone putting the club before themselves) or becoming common knowledge. However, it now seems, since the gloves are off and everyone is slinging sh*t, maybe hiding the truth isn't a bad thing. After all, you make your bed, you lie in it! It's a pretty sad state of affairs though, having to resort to verbally assaulting someone (more so a women) so ferociously that they do feel physically threatened (let's not go into futile semantics about what constitutes a threat). All of this, down to a football club. Pathetic. Moving swiftly on... LMFAO - Like Rupert is the epitome of humility and reconciliation. Just look at the relationship the CLUB has reforged with the fans (following the bad feeling following Lowe's first departure)...Oh, I can't see anything other than tumbleweed on this barren wasteland. The only life I see is dead weeds and gasometers! Why would you close the thread? It's a forum, sh*t things happen and everyone's a right to report them, within reason. What we (rightly) don't like is vicious rumour, libel/slander, ill fated scandal, plain lies or personal information leaked out to all and sundry (although certain footballers could complain about the club if certain newspaper wage leaks are to be believed!). We realise Lowe is Mr Libel and likes to tightly control (or try) the media but it's just not possible as the truth has a way of leaking out, as this season has shown (we're not communist Russia or North Korea , thankfully!) and we're a free speaking, supposedly democratic society. I won't quote Duncan's post for fear of taking up more space than my meandering scribble alone but well said Duncan. Excluding the certain baiters on the forum, the cantankerous & the obstinate (let them argue amongst themselves), most TRUE FANS* want the club to do well and that's certainly not happening, nor even close, under our current leadership. Broken records never play a happy tune so it's time to throw out the old, and bring in the new. Anyone got a decent Blu-Ray? * = ironic reference Mr Wotte
  8. Exactly! Hardly breaking news but the truth always finds a way of peering out (from beneath the web of lies spun by those current t*ssers attempting to run our football club). It's cynically funny (not in a joyous way) & yet more evidence to highlight the totally moronic lack of football insight held by the power hungry Rupert , preferring to engineer insincere & disasterous publicity stunts which widen...& widen the gigantic gulf between Lowe, Wilde & the (in Lowe's eyes) contemptuous fans! Now, if Rupert had actually tried to engage the fans....
  9. Then the sensible action would be to shut the f*ck up and stop irritating those that are taking a stance and those that are taking action, rather than your idiotic, berating of anyone with more character than you!
  10. 2 words..."arrogant" and "c*nt". Just like those out of touch, clueless idiots Lowe and Wilde!
  11. Poor Bungle, over 2800 posts and still not managed one of any substance, just futile, snidey digs! I bet you're well received down your local! :smt022

So have I but no-one seemed to believe me!! I truly believe this was a large part of his plan (tied in with his reaction to us scoring and subsquently staying up [under Pearson] last season...."lucky bar stewards!") and some of Lowe's associates are circling like vultures around the SFC carcass. I'd guess they've little money to put in, but would all rub their hands together at the prospect of exploiting Saints further and making a tidy profit if we ever managed to clamber back into any exciting divisions of football!
  13. Agreed. He does seem an arrogant feck! Maybe the management have bottles of distilled "arrogance" in the boardroom and they sit back, spark up a fat one, and contemplate on all things bizarre while reading outdated soccer manuals!?
  14. Or...schizoid!! I don't really mean that Jonah but I do question much of your motivation or reasoning (despite your salient issues regarding Saints gravy train of p*ss poor directors & key share holders!) if you relentlessly defend & support the deadly duo currently stuffing both barrels of the shotgun further & further (mistyped that Fuehrer then! How ironic!) down the throat of Southampton FC. Some serious reasoning & debate going on here (excluding my diatribe, apologies). Again, very good point Trousers.
  15. Awww, Jonah must have me on ignore! Bless!
  16. What's the bet you don't get the fiver?! Wait for the envelope to arrive before instigating the membership. There's a few spare brown uns laying about. Awaiting the response to your helpful request Ron...
  17. Even the under 18 loan from Mars was in with a chance of playing under Wotte...he didn't have legs but if he showed a good 5mins in training............
  18. Did anyone actually read that? You've got to laugh at his arrogant persistance!! Not sure why, but he loves the Lowe camp. I have honsetly not read past the opening sentence but I'm guessing and judging Sundance's epiliogue is of this structure: - Deriding any of the caring share holders (Crouch, Corbett, esq.) - Talking about the business and how passionate people don't know how to run a business whereas Rupert DOES (despite historical failures) - A few below the belt jibes at the fans/the good contingent of share holders/the socio-economic groups of Southampton - A healthy dose of emblishment, hyperbole and b*llocks mixed in with some wildly provacative right wind agenda! Any home truths? Oh. I lied, I did read the last line about paying Baj a fiver - protecting your identity eh?! It's not hard to get a friend's account to pay TSF, if you're that scared of being identified. You remind of Mike Wilde! Also, the mods would not share or disclose your information - that's against the data protection act...Although, isn't disclosing personal financial information about players to local press also a breach of this?!
  19. Which is ironic seeing as you constantly, and consistently, peddle the most futile, inane and delusional fence sitting monologues defending the very people who are destroying our club. Why is that? It's a strange attitude to adopt. You'd think the average Saints fan would be angry, annoyed and fed up to the back teeth of the array of abysmal decisions by a proven pair of failures, backed by money hungry (seriously tarnished) shareholders, culminating in our predicament, with potentially much worse to come. Well, they are. YET, you support Jonah, esq. for offering a smidgen of objectivity, diluted by a lot of hyperbole and speculative nonsense. Whilst Duncan may be p*ssed off and not as objective (call it passionate) as previously. Considering the circumstances, is it surprising? You're both Saints fan right? Ok, you may not be outspoken, easy natured even (you, not Jonah). That's not a bad thing. I rant more than I should. However, I worry more about the fans that don't seem to have any fight or inclination to react yet deride those passionate enough to openly criticise a failed and broken regime. Nick G & H, Jonah, Alain P, Buctootim, esq. - posters s all happy to roll over and accept this mockery of a regime purporting to run a football club well. Knowing about football and knowing about a business are 2 separate entities. Ideally, you marry up the two to run a successful football business. Lowe thinks he can, but has failed spectacularly. We're a mockery. Identify that and demand change. Unless you feel his tenure will improve our fortunes. Historically - I'd not bet on it. In fact, I'd be more confident asking Nick Leeson or Rupert to invest my shares wisely!
  20. Pretty sure thread said "ignore if you like Lowe" Maybe Duncan should have added "or if you're arrogant & think you know best and consider Lowe anything but a failure..."
  21. What d'ya reckon? You know it is. Let's not dwell on the nightmare we're in too much. It's not healthy. Distance yourself from it.
  22. You could argue until you're blue in the face Duncan but what's the point? Lowe needs throwing over the Itchen Bridge, along with Askham, Cowen, Richards and someone should track down Hone and Dulieu and cast them off too!! (DISCLAIMER - I clearly don't condone murder and this is a purely puerile jibe at our hugely incompetent management and shareholders! LOL) We're dead and buried. RIP SFC. Killed by an egotistical bully who knows nothing about football and has no respect for honest, hard working fans...and football in general. He does not understand the football business whatsoever and he has totally side-stepped the conventional, tried and tested approach to football by employing a strategy of pure, unadulterated lunacy (in the image of his own, self-justified and wildly delusional, narcissistic projection). He only seems to respect his tory boy mates and/or money and he has no place in football...or Southampton. Please leave and never return you ridiculously arrogant and unpleasant little man. Arrogance is Rupert Lowe and arrogance has killed our once exciting club. WE need money (something he or his questionable associates will never part with), We need competent management (*cough*) and WE need passion and a board of football fans who have the club's best interests at heart. Until we have these key factors in place, we will never progress.
  23. I think you're forgetting something... http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4066098.March_deadline_for_administration/?action=complain&cid=7463367 We lose either way, as Post it note suggests. If we look to stay up, it's minus 10 points and relegation. If we are dead certs to be relegated, the minus 10 gets carried to next season (and if Lowe was in charge, we'd drop through League 1 too - he'd start signed tyro players!!) Pretty much, Lowe has killed our club. Get the c**t out now!
  24. Never under estimate those that know the Stock Market (i.e. Lowe). They could always have an "associate" hoover up shares and then commit their holding at a later date to the Lowe/Cowen proxy (or cabal/coven of money hungry parasites, etc.) I am VERY dubious with any business activities of Lowe's PLC (and how this vehicle has been abused by the shareholder to the detriment of the club - from the reverse takeover until today). Sorry to peddle the worn out line BUT unless we are bust and freed of these men (Lowe, Askham, Richards, Cowen, etc.) I fear the business will continue to be bandied as a business playground for those shareholders to profit, in some manner, despite how detrimental this may be to the club. * Look at the facts - we are at our lowest point in years and none of these "people" that supposedly have the club's best interests at heart have raised so much as a finger to help (maybe raised a middle finger!) * Look at the manner certain shareholders and chairmen have acted since relegation - in our hour of need NOTHING has been done to preserve the football side of the club (bar Crouch) yet Lowe demands 6 million from Crouch to help his investment...basically, a huge F*CK OFF and another illustration of egotistical contempt towards the opposing shareholders, the club, the fans and any hope we have for Championship survival. Lowe and his proxy = complete c**ts!
  25. Do you truly believe that? If so, you're more stupid than I gave you credit for. No offence! Whilst I believe Jan may be a good coach for the youth team, he was out of his depth in the CCC and we didn't have time (as we all implored pre-season) for this ludicrously risky experiment by a Chairman who knows next to nothing about football. Look at the facts! Now, the pack has been reshuffled BUT one half of the failed coaching set-up remains. My point - if we are to believe the club's own PR, Wotte and Poorvliet were this revolutionary Dutch Duo, total football, beautiful passing/football coaches who were to change Saints fortunes. It failed. Poorlviet was pushed to appease someone but half of this failed strategy remains. We sit 2nd from bottom of the CCC with little hope left. Lowe looks to have worked his wonders again...relegation beckons. How are you going to defend that? Errr, no money?! We had to push out all our goal scorers on loan? Safri had to go? We needed batches of hopeless, useless and injured loads instead of utilizing the loan system for the much needed experienced heads of senior pros? Pearson had to go as he was on too much money? We needed extra coaches brought in and our 'football chairman' to do our scouting? Mystery advisors are allegedly managing football matters? Errrr, Jan was undermined?! (I actually do believe that and feel he was a fall guy!) How can you suggest that it was the right decision to reshuffle the pack?! What drastic change will it achieve?! Actions SHOULD have been instigated months ago. Now, it seems we're pretty much f*cked! (but I'm sure many of those Lowe supporters only found on this forum will still be happy and clappy and say we were probably unlucky and it's the fault of the fans!) Rant No. 671 - OVER and OUT!
