  1. "Who's signing these players?" Maybe the same person with a self-proclaimed, inherent ability, beyond those with experience in the field (no pun intended), to buy good cattle?!
  2. It's a prerequisite of Lowe's revolutionary scouting network!
  3. Do the current board have the ability to peer past their arrogance to learn from past mistakes? Clearly...NOT! So, WHY THE F*CK ARE THEY IN CHARGE OF OUR FOOTBALL CLUB?
  4. Are the current regime likely to stand down to allow Leon Crouch to return along with some financial injection? Also, in the highly possible event of relegation, would the Lowe supporting muppets be likely to blame Crouch (again) for Lowe and Wilde's mess?
  5. Why do you need to squat to tell a joke? Pnarrr, Pnarr!! :smt005 Yeah, Lowe and Wilde have showered themself with glory eh?! Derrrr!!! Actually, been pondering on if Leon did come back. If Leon came back for a handful of games and we did get relegated, would all those Lowe supporting simpletons blame Crouch for Lowe and Wilde's utter mess, much like they did last time? Probably.
  6. How about Build, Buy or Restore...with our management chosing to ignore all 3. Or, Room 101 (Lowe's office)...I'd put the entire management axis in there, along with the injured and inadequate loans brought in. My favourites have been: Groundhog Day One Foot in the Grave Hustle (one big long con) Rogue Traders Can you see a Theme here?! [Added] It should be Big Brother with the way Lowe runs the regime. Media blackout, prying, PR plants, obsessive, compulsive control freakiness!
  7. No slur on you Duncan but I'll believe it when I see it. Having said that, I am very curious as to WHY the game was played Friday at St Mary's (maybe a psychological thing for the players or is there more to this as many have inferred?) Also, I am even more curious as to why the game was NOT reported on the OS (especially since we won and the OS regularly peddle out the most inane PR in a futile & patronizing attempt to drum up some good feeling about their pathtically run club!) I'm left pondering....
  8. Agreed. Dyer would add much to our current squad of wasted & pointless loans. It's as though the club is deliberately run into the ground as you couldn't run a club any worse if you tried!! I'd have thought so as he was given a new contract, then promptly loaned out!
  9. I was gonna post that but I was out and you beat me to it! Priceless! I now have a new found love for Dyer. P*ssed myself with that celebration. GOOD BOY! Adams will be the next Premiership scalp! (unless Southgate walks!)
  10. Cos the chairman is a mindless, arrogant w*nker who hasn't a clue about football and never learns by his long list of mistakes!
  11. Amsterdam's changed since I last visited!!
  12. A damn shame! We'll have to rally with someone else with an equally winning personality!
  13. I've been peddling this line for ages and ages, glad to see someone else jesting about it! I really can't see any other effective method! haha. Sometimes the simple approach is often the best...wish Saints understood that. Not using simpletons, just using tried and tested methods. Whilst I don't deplore unconventional methods, I do deplore stupid methods and massive, glaringly foolish risks. Revolutionary...say no more! [i'd like to make it clear to TSW, that whilst I cannot stand the sight of Lowe or Wilde, my comments are tongue in cheek and I don't really condone hiring a hitman to murder the fore-mentioned men...there's loads in Southampton that would do it for free!!]
  14. Oh, that makes it alright then. We've now got to REALLY fight! Like we've not had enough, inane, detached, meaningless, patronizingly futile rallying call comments against all the odds from crap managers in the past few years...when ALL WE F*CKIN NEED IS SOME COMPETENCE IN THE BOARD ROOM & THE MANAGER'S OFFICE (Are there a series of gimp chains emanating from the PLC Chairmen's office...or orrifice?!) FFS Lowe, you've had your revenge. Now F*CK OFF!!! (Feel better for that!) *sighs*
  15. LMAO - Hadn't noticed the background. Priceless! It would have been funnier if there was a pig flying in the background, just to confirm Rupert's not really on this planet!
  16. I think you'll find most of Le Goddard's posts are pretty meaningless! Good letter though BeatleSaint. Shame it seems too late for our club. We all knew it would happen but quietly hoped not.
  17. Handbags ready...gladiators ready...
  18. Yep, does make me chuckle. Least Saints are consistent. They even f*ck up freebies by signing useless carthorses! Oh for someone with a shred of footbal knowledge and competency at our club...
  19. Do you really believe what you're saying there? No really, come on!
  20. It would be better if these fore-mentioned, self-righteous “common sense” supporters actually went to the games and supported the team they purport to support rather than pompously pontificate! Next thing you know, the ‘common sense gang’ will be praising George Burley. Whatever next? For what it’s worth, I think a nostalgia thread is pretty well placed in the current climate. The actually reality of Southampton Football Club is shocking as we sit at the cusp of total annihilation.
  21. WOW! Was that mantra written down by Rupert for you? "With a strong chairman..." Errrr, would you go on to suggest a name, RUPERT perhaps?? LMAO You Lowe supporting cult *checks for typo* are priceless. I hope your time wasted purporting this Lowe-based nonsense is worth it. Words very much used by Lowe if memory serves me correct. What a coincidence... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/2310250/Lowe-slams-Saints-board-for-%27failure%27.html "They have mismanaged George Burley..." WHAT? Much like the strong, inspirational management that kept Harry at the club so long?! "weak management" What a ridiculous post. About as sensible as a Scooby, Firefighter, Somedunce, BuctoomanyTim or an Alain Perrin comment...puerile and pointless. Burley has to shoulder a great deal of the blame for our current demise, along with Rupert and Wilde. Burley was a p*ss poor appointment (despite what many felt at the time), play offs or not. The squad he squandered, the neglect he showed many of the youth (as well as seniors), the drinking, the training, the demotivation emanating from his total lack of competency in managing his squad, his characterless, inane behaviour and lack of consistency in squad selection and tactical decisions, his general neglect and lack of comms with the players, his weak will and the questionable transfer activity and subsequent player wages as a result - I'm sure it wasn't entirely down to Hone and co and other alleged activities (Makin, Saga, esq.)...he totally f*cked our club up. For the team and money spent, Burley was a complete disgrace and failure. The SFA have obviously been drink training at Margeritas too if they thought his appointment a wise one. We were lucky they came in. I bet they're regretting it now though and I see George hasn't lost his canny knack of inspiring his players...eh Kriss Boyd?! I wonder if any Saints players departed surreptitious under Burley?! hmmmm??? You have to question the motives of individuals that continue to support a man that has delivered such glaringly bad times to Southampton FC?! How can they trust or defend a man like Lowe who constantly (and consistently) goes back on his words ("I have no intention at coming back to Southampton FC") He's lied and deceived from day one, and continues to do so until our club rots to nothing. Oh, despite it being supposition, Burley and Saints would have still failed under Lowe. Burley would have still been sh*t, just sacked quicker and some incapable replacement appointed in true Lowe style.
  22. Kelvin should, without doubt, win player of the season. I am hoping in equally strong form (outstanding) for the remainder of the season. Great attitude too. And I used to be his worst critic! Keep up the good work Kelv, and we may just salvage something (but I don't truly believe that with ALL my heart, sorry! We can blame others for our perilous tightrope walk)
  23. Let us hope so!
  24. Good. Had played on my mind. Now, just to hope (possibly like Trousers suggested) Lowe hasn’t asset stripped us into oblivion so he can use the “no other option” excuse and put us into administration and have “associates” pick us up for a song! Profit and money is the only language the Lowe cabal speak. I am gutted for our club but the only pleasure I will get is that those money hungry, greedy b*stards have lost money (obviously excluding Crouch & Corbett). What does worry me though is that now Plan A has failed dramatically, what other disastrous ideas have they up their sleeve?! Considering the response to us staying up last season. We shall see. Only time will tell.
  25. No, I think you’re misunderstanding me. I realise that. Is it possible, for instance, to transfer assets from SLH PLC to another company owned by Lowe? (i.e. in the likely event of administration, SLH is a mere husk and put into admin., with the core contents/assets moved across to another company)
