I went from 15st 8lb to 13st this year. I cut out beer and ice cream only and cycled 9000km but rode them hard. I intend to lose another 6lb or so and then I'll be just about right for the mountains I'm riding up this coming summer.

I lived in Florida for a couple of years and loved it and I've been back the States many times since but I've no wish to ever return.
