It might not be everyone's cup of tea but I think the open top bus tours are really good in London. It's pot luck which guide you get on the bus, but a good one comes out with all sorts of intersting gems. You can also hop on and off whenever you like all day so it doubles up as a travel ticket. Bit cold now but do it anyway.

This sounds too good to be true. Not only a chance to avoid the pub and drink more delicious SMS beer, but entertainment as well?? Mental.

If PaulSaint is happy with me getting the rules from Deppo, I may now have enough for the triangle and both chalks. I have a feeling he just wants to sell it all in one hit so this probably a no goer.
-
I am interested in the triangle and the rules only. Can this deal be broken up at all?

I love the way we show our indifference to Bournemouth by constantly starting threads about them. Face it, what they are saying is actually correct.
-
I spend the first five minutes of half time in total silence as well after watching Saints.

I was being sarcastic.

Never mind, it still a great thing to bring up against our bitter rivals AFC Bournemouth.

This has been done I'm afraid.

Is that what preparing the England team for the Euros is about now? Giving servants of football "recognition"? He won't be taken to the tournament so this is a waste of time, nothing at all against the fella but I'm sure he's thinking the same.

For me, saying things like "woodwork" about metal posts is a term that's part of this countrys football history. Like saying "linesman" or "Charity shield" neither are that anymore but people still say them. I suppose I'm a bit of traditionalist in this respect.

Are you seriously telling me that if an owner or chairman visits St Mary's on a matchday, he gets escorted to the directors lounge only to be told that if he wants a drink there's a cash bar over there? I somehow doubt it. -

Regradless of your personal opinions of him and Catholicism, you have to say the visit is justified based on the amount of people who seemed to have turned out to see him. I've no idea how many are practising Catholics or how many are there for the novelty factor, but they are there. I would imagine in any circumstance where tens of thousands decend on a city there would be an upturn in revune for all sorts of busnisses. This would negate the security costs to some extent I would have thought.

I think I may one today. Did Deppo's column make it in as this is a bit of a deal clincher?
