Got to act now. Reed, MP, Black - All out. It's getting too late. MP should've gone before the Everton game, but that result just lured people into a false sense of security. Totally out of his depth and has been since day one. Yes, Puel was boring, uninspiring and difficult to take to, but he probably should have been given another season. He got us to Wembley and a top half finish. It was those last 6 or 7 games that sealed his fate. Too many 0-0 draws, but as I've always said, if all those 0-0 draws had been 2-2 or 3-3 we'd have the same number of points and he'd still be our manager.

Wake up. We are going down. Even the likes of Palace, WHU & WBA are starting to pick up points. We look utterly ****ing clueless. We're incapable of beating teams in the top 6 and have been for a few seasons. The fact that we're we're now incapable of beating teams like Stoke, Leicester, Brighton, Watford, Huddersfield and Bournemouth shows just how ****ed we are.

Where else in life do you reward a team that finishes 4th with a place in a competition called 'The Champions League'. It's ****ing comical. The Championship isn't much better. The purpose of a league is to reward the team that is the most consistent over a set period, so let's introduce a play-off system where the 6th placed team can get promoted ahead of the team in 3rd, who've really earned the right to go up. All the hard work over 9 months undone over two legs and a final. Give me terraces, dodgy stadiums with pillars in the stands that obscure your view, open air toilets and a 3pm kick off on a Saturday. Those days were so much more enjoyable than anything that's served up today. We live in a world where players with sleeves of tattoos, Bentley's and all the skill of Iain Dowie are paid millions. It's a ****ing joke. Rant over.

He'd be the first one to say that the board should have acted sooner if we get relegated with Pellegrino the clown still in charge at the end of the season.

Good post. I've just watched MP's post match interview. The man is like a scratched record. Same story every week. He's a clueless ****ing idiot who makes Puel look like Sir Alex Ferguson.

This needs to happen now, but it won't. We'll be deep in the **** by Xmas and Reed will be coming out with all sorts of stupid excuses. I think it's very clear that MP does not have the ability to turn things around. We've seen nothing positive from him. He has to go, NOW!

Who'd have Koeman back? I'd take him in a flash. As long as he apologises to the fans.

Happy to admit that I made a mistake as far as Puel is concerned, although I still think his football was terrible to watch. Replacing him with quality would have been acceptable. Replacing him with somebody who isn't fit to manage the reserves is a different story.

He's got to go. Clueless! Utter ****ing ****e. I was desperate to get rid of Puel but that old expression 'be careful what you wish for' has never felt so true. MP is a complete knob. But not in the same league as Les Reed who is a class A ****ing *****. He sacks the manager without a replacement and then has to scrape the bottom of the barrel to find this clown.

We should have kept Puel and that's coming from somebody who wanted him out. I think he'll do a very good job at Leicester.

I think so. We look very poor. The big worry is that we've not looked convincing in any of the games that we've won and we've only just scrapped our way past West Brom, WHU and Palace. Dropping points against teams we really should be beating is always going to make it tough when we're on for a right hiding when we play the likes of Man City, Spurs and Chelsea.
