  1. Where as Rolf Harris is clearly yours. FWIW, Merson is now saying that he thinks Pellegrino will be sacked if we put in another performance like we did against Spurs.
  2. Quote, Paul Merson "Pellegrino has one of the safest jobs in the Premier league. There's no way Les Reed will want to admit he made a mistake in sacking Claude Puel". He then goes on to say that he thought Puel's appointment at Leicester was a strange one but he's changed his opinion of him as he's having a real go. He also says that it shows that the problems at Southampton were probably player related rather than a management issue.
  3. It'll be interesting to see how he does given that most players that leave us for bigger and better things rarely seem to improve. Of the following players which are better, worse, or about the same since leaving Saints? Clyne - I'd say about the same. Lovren - Worse. Mane - Better. Lallana - Can't call this one. Liverpool fans say he's a better player but I'm not convinced. Shaw - Worse. Schneiderlin - Worse. Wanyama - Better. Alderwiereld - Better.
  4. The pundits don't seem to think he'll be sacked either. They're saying he has one of the safest jobs in the league because Les Reed won't want to admit that he's made a mistake. They're also starting to say that they think we'll be relegated because we don't score goals and we're now leaking goals. Basically the press are saying that the years of selling our best players have finally caught up with us and you can't do what we've done without it having a negative effect in the long run.
  5. If he's unsackable then we're relegated.
  6. Make my Christmas and sack him. Not often I'd wish a defeat upon us but hopefully Spurs will demolish us and that'll be the end of his tenure.
  7. It's Christmas. We've not improved one bit since day one of the season and we've now got injuries to three key players. Whilst the injuries are not the managers fault, the poor performances are. These players are capable of better. Act now. Get rid of the clueless ***** and let's start a fresh in Jan and try and salvage something from this season.
  8. You beat me to it.
  9. Are you reading this, Les Reed? You useless ****ing ****!
  10. That's too late. Just bite the bullet and get RK on the phone.
  11. Exactly. Even the likes of Huddersfield and Brighton seem to be able to show some passion. Not our lot. As I've said elsewhere, that Everton result ****ed us up. MP should've gone before that, but that win saved his skin... and ruined Christmas for the fans.
  12. Exactly! The longer this goes on the harder it's going to be. MP should have gone before the Everton game, but that result did us no favours.
  13. I can only hope he said something like, "Last chance, If that happens again, you're gone."
  14. This! Every day I wake up hoping to hear that he's gone, along with the backroom staff. His departure can not come soon enough. If we wait until the new year to get rid, we're even more ****ed than we are now.
  15. Swansea are gone. I can see any of the others getting out of trouble. Even Palace! All I can see is us getting into trouble.
  16. Got to act now. Reed, MP, Black - All out. It's getting too late. MP should've gone before the Everton game, but that result just lured people into a false sense of security. Totally out of his depth and has been since day one. Yes, Puel was boring, uninspiring and difficult to take to, but he probably should have been given another season. He got us to Wembley and a top half finish. It was those last 6 or 7 games that sealed his fate. Too many 0-0 draws, but as I've always said, if all those 0-0 draws had been 2-2 or 3-3 we'd have the same number of points and he'd still be our manager.
  17. Wake up. We are going down. Even the likes of Palace, WHU & WBA are starting to pick up points. We look utterly ****ing clueless. We're incapable of beating teams in the top 6 and have been for a few seasons. The fact that we're we're now incapable of beating teams like Stoke, Leicester, Brighton, Watford, Huddersfield and Bournemouth shows just how ****ed we are.
  18. I knew Puel would be back to prove a point. MP should have been given the boot weeks ago. That Everton result saved his bacon. FFS. He's got to go.
  19. He's got to go!
  20. He'll never turn us around. He's a clueless *****.
  21. They should make it available for fans to buy.
  22. Yes. He doesn't really look like he wants to be here.
  23. It really is. lol. The Premier****e. A league where 'The battle for 4th' is hyped and talked up as if it's a big thing. Where else in life do you reward a team that finishes 4th with a place in a competition called 'The Champions League'. It's ****ing comical. The Championship isn't much better. The purpose of a league is to reward the team that is the most consistent over a set period, so let's introduce a play-off system where the 6th placed team can get promoted ahead of the team in 3rd, who've really earned the right to go up. All the hard work over 9 months undone over two legs and a final. Give me terraces, dodgy stadiums with pillars in the stands that obscure your view, open air toilets and a 3pm kick off on a Saturday. Those days were so much more enjoyable than anything that's served up today. We live in a world where players with sleeves of tattoos, Bentley's and all the skill of Iain Dowie are paid millions. It's a ****ing joke. Rant over.
  24. He'd be the first one to say that the board should have acted sooner if we get relegated with Pellegrino the clown still in charge at the end of the season.
