Leicester 3-4 Saints - Match Thread
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to sockeye's topic in The Saints
We are so shit! On paper, that team is one of the strongest in the league. How is it that we can play so fucking badly? Oh, I know. We have a clueless, inexperienced manager. Do you think it'd be like this if we'd appointed Carrick, O'Neil, or any other manager who was linked with the job? -

It's got 9-0 written all over it. Maybe they want double figures this time? We certainly look like we're doing our best to help them. -
I placed an order for the Yellow anniversary shirt and got the Home and Away shirts at the same time. Order delivered in under 2 weeks.... missing the away shirt. Their dispatch email says they shipped 3 shirts but there's only the Home shirt and Anniversary shirt in the package and no sign of it being opened at any point. I've emailed them and they don't want to know. They say they sent 3 shirts but they didn't.

C**TS! simple as that.

The thing with a striker is that they could have a shit time at a club and then somehow, something just clicks when they get a move and they look like a different player. I have my concerns but he could turn out to be a great signing.

Seen Cyle Larin play for Feyenoord a few times. Absolute shite. I mean, really shite! We'd have been better keeping Aribo and playing him as a CF. The Feyenoord fans think he's a joke. "Throughout his time on the pitch, Larin was involved in build-ups and created pressure, but he was caught offside at least once and never quite managed to convert his touches into a decisive moment. His substitution drew cheers on social media with Feyenoord fans frustrated over his missed chances and general lack of end product on a night when Feyenoord needed clinical finishing." What a fucking insult. Sell the second highest scorer in the league and replace him with a 30 year old Canadian who rarely starts for Feyenoord and is just an older, slower version of Downs.

Will we ever be able to defend set pieces? It seems like it's been an issue for years so why hasn't it been properly addressed? -
Anyone got a link to a DHGate seller that they've purchased from and received their order recently? How accurate is the shirt?
-
Get £50 on it.
-
I'm calling it now. We'll get dicked at Fratton Park and we're getting relegated.
-
What an absolute fucking disgrace this club is. Rotten to the core. He's got one good game in him every 10.
-
Just read that he's having a medical at QPR tomorrow ahead of a £4.5m move. Not sure if this is true or not? Can't help but feel that we're making a mistake if we're letting him go.
-
Absolute clown. Why would you sack Still and replace him with another gamble when you had an opportunity to get a manager with experience at this level? The club is fucked. Rotten from the top to the bottom.

Middlesbrough 4-0 Saints - Match Thread
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to Harry_SFC's topic in The Saints
Funny, a mate asked for my score prediction last night. I replied '4-0. Don't know why, just a gut instinct'. At half time I got a text that said 'well, it's not as bad as you predicted'. I replied at full time. 'Only Saints could concede 4 in the second half!'. Wish I'd put money on it. That said, the only thing I'd put money on now is relegation. -
No. Absutely not. I've got nothing against the guy but you need a manager with experience at this level. If he's part of the long-term plan then Tonda should've been made assistant manager but to give him the job made no more sense than giving it to Will Still.

Fuck me, we are so shit. What's happened to the team that put a run together after Still was sacked? Azaz has gone missing again and is nowhere to be seen. Shame that we're so shit that we have to play 3 CB's. And 2 defensive midfielders in front of them. Even then we concede ridiculous goals. Standing by what I said before the Oxford game. We'll be lucky to see 4 points from the next 4 games, and that was before that shit show at Oxford. -

Exactly as predicted. All that shit about setting out to get 3 points in every game & extra training on Xmas day. Utter shite. As soon as he made those substitutions you knew we'd concede a late goal. So fucking predictable. -

Woke up this morning thinking, here's a game we'll dominate and get nothing from. We're pretty shit really. This sort of fixture should be a 4-0 demolition. What's next? Brum, Boro and Millwall? We'll be lucky to get a point from those 3 fixtures. -

Great result. Not expected at all. As I've always said. There's absolutely nothing wrong with our players. They'd walk into any team in this league. The problem was how they were being managed. -
Calm down everyone. Ole's gonna be at the wheel. 😂

Worst saints signings XI
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to Stud mark of doom's topic in The Saints
Has anyone mentioned Lee Molyneux? Signed from Everton on a two and a half year contract on Jan 2nd. Made his debut on Jan 10th and got sent off for two bookings against Swansea City on Jan 31st. Only made 4 appearances. -
No. I'm saying that he should be seriously considered as he surely has to be a better option that O'Neil.
