What? 50 bits of inside information??? I don't think so. What is the ****ing problem with this forum? We all follow the same team yet the majority of people on here just seem intent on starting arguments with people who they don't know.
-
When did I ever say I had a source at every club??? Nothing like blowing things out of proportion is there??? For the record, I did know a director at Saints - He's not there now. I know a coach who works for Fulham and used to be at Liverpool. I also know his brother who is head of nutrition at Man City. A good friend works in the press office at WHL and I know ex-manager, Dave Bassett. Hope that makes things a little clearer for you?

What are you talking about you moron? When have I posted 'regular' inside scoops? I've probably posted less than 10 comments on here in the last 6 months.
-
Funny how that's also being reported in certain sections of the press so he's probably just read the same thing as me and is trying to make out that he has some inside information. :-/

Just had a call from a Spurs fan who works at WHL. He says the deal is definitely done and that we're getting the £1.5m plus further compensation.

Nathaniel Clyne Joins Liverpool - Official

I heard that last night but assumed it was someone just taking the ****. -
Personally I think we can forget about Toby. So the question is. Who should we get to replace him & Morgan? Very tough acts to follow.

£10m rising to £12.5. He's signing tomorrow. -
We'll end up with a couple more Dutch players as replacements for Morgan & Toby, neither of whom will be nearly as good. :-/
-
Is he really bettering himself? I don't think Lallana, Lovren & Lambert bettered themselves by moving to Liverpool. I can understand Lambert going there as it was a boyhood dream and he was past his best but the other two have seen their careers stall by going to Liverpool. Sky did a feature on how Liverpool will line up next season & there was no place in the starting 11 for any of the 3 Saints players who joined last season. It's a classic example of big fish in a small pond or small fish in a big pond. The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Did anyone else see Sky's feature on how Liverpool are most likely to line-up next season? There was no place for Lovren, Lambert of Lallana in the starting 11. This alone should be a warning to the likes of Clyne that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. -
Spot on. He did nothing at Hull to suggest that he wanted to make a go of things there or at any other potential club.
-
We're the club that said, 'Our ambition is to have a team of homegrown English players playing European football'. That vision seems a million miles away now.
-
A Liverpool supporting friend claims that we're looking at taking Lambert back as part of the Clyne deal. Has anybody else heard this or is it just a load of speculative bull****? Personally I wouldn't mind him coming back as I think he could still do a job for us, particularly as we're going to need some depth to the squad with the additional European fixtures next season.
-
Same here. Wanted us to have a green away kit for years and now we've got one so I'm happy.
-
Love it. Best away kit since 1984.

Charlie Austin Speculation

Just get Rickie back on a free. Ideal squad player if we're playing in Europe. -
I spent the day with Sony, yesterday. They've something that's due to launch in July. I have to say, I was very impressed. Effectively it's a pair of sports headphones with 16Gb of storage and it syncs to your phone. It measures heart rate etc. just like all these products do but has plenty of programmes to choose from and a few nice touches like the ability to automatically select and pace the music to the speed of your workout. http://smartsports.sony.net/b-trainer/event.html#

The Long Overdue Pointless 2015/16 (Adidas) Kit Thread
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to The9's topic in The Saints
Imagine if we'd gone for something like that as our away shirt. Light green & black would be nice. I'd much rather we did green & black than green & navy blue. -
REVEALED: 2015/16 home shirt

Yep. Not too sure about Green & Navy but I'm not going to complain as I've been saying we should have a green away shirt for years and now we're getting one :-). -
REVEALED: 2015/16 home shirt
Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
It's ok. Not sure about the collar or the Adidas badge in the middle of the shirt but they're minor things. I certainly prefer it to any of the previous 3 home shirts. I'm actually looking forward to the away shirt more than this.
