  1. But then you have totally disregarded the reasons for those negative opinions. As I said it is because it is a post match reaction thread immediately after a game. Go on any forum after a disappointing defeat and you will see similar comments. Using that thread as evidence doesn't support your point at all.
  2. This is my whole problem with Canada saint and others like him.
  3. That's a criticism of you starting this thread. By starting it that is how you come across. It's not a personal insult.
  4. Mostly because I posted the most in that post match reaction thread and what I said was over the top. Also because certain posters dislike me posting what they view is a negative opinion so enjoy having a pop when they can.
  5. He has a black Audi doesn't he? Saw him on Southampton yesterday with the number plate f0nte or something similar. Class.
  6. I'm not p*ssed off, simply putting my point of view across. If you notice, the first page of this thread I am referred to rather a lot so surely I am entitled to put my view across?
  7. I find blind positivity and refusal to discuss anything negative or even entertain a theory which could be viewed as negative (as well as refusing to accept that maybe someone at the club has ever messed up) annoying to the point of being offensive. I'm not criticising you on a personal level. You have started a thread which looks to me like 'let's all laugh at those people who posted something ott no matter what you state your intention was. It's no coincidence that you have had disagreements with me on here and then this thread starts. By posting it you come across to me and others as really smug and pathetic. The rest of your points are just incorrect. I have fully justified what I have written on here and am not defending the indefensible as you claim. You dredge up posts from months ago immediately after a game and you call me sad? Go look in the mirror.
  8. Just stick me on ignore tdd, if I bother you. Seriously it's easy...
  9. That's not what I do.
  10. Quite a few also called you Smug and infantile.
  11. As I said, hindsight is a wonderful thing. If people were honest they were not expecting an amazing run like we had and I seriously doubt anyone was thinking that, certain Not immediately following a disappointing defeat.
  12. So your issue is that I was not banned for the comments? I'm struggling to follow you here.
  13. I agree with you alps. I think it says more about the reactions of the original poster ad his cronies than it does about posters who made a few ott comments after a game five months ago.
  14. No it doesn't.
  15. Exactly but it's totally pointless everyone makes comments which go over the top on occasion and in the heat of the moment. I'm just not as sad an hellbent on having smug point scoring posts as the original poster.
  16. Which was a fantastic and unexpected run I agree.
  17. But I have tries to explain to you that that wasn't my opinion. I've tried to explain to you the reasonings behind mine and other's posts on a post match reaction thread (ie immediately after a match has ended) but you seem to have difficulty understanding.
  18. Seriously that is something like the eighth comment from you today discussing me. Am I really your favourite topic for discussion? Just put me on ignore of it bothers you so much.
  19. Oddly enough, my positive comments receive no replies whilst my 'negative' ones receive several so it stands to reason that I will make a lot more simply because there is more to reply to.
  20. What's with the constant baiting? I have explained myself enough times on this thread.
  21. I hope you don't mean me? Seeing as time and time again prove that wrong by posting how pleased I am after a victory.
  22. Following the Walsall game we had to go on a record breaking run of victories which we have never done in our history just to finish second. It wasn't expected and after that game it seemed more likely that we would miss put than not. Starting a thread linking to it following such an amazing run (and it was amazing) is idiotic and don't try to pretend that you thought that was going to happen after Walsall because it just didn't seem likely at all.
  23. It's a comment on an Internet forum straight after a defeat which made automatic promotion that much more unlikely and meant we had to do something special to get there (which we did) that I said I didn't mean the next day! It's not like I got in a fight or anything, just let off steam on here and then said I was too harsh the next day.
  24. If Adkins had not gone on that winning run and got us up automatically then in my eyes that would have been a failure and immediately after the poor result that scenario looked more likely than not. My frustration was borne out of my passion for my team and out of a real desire to succeed and see us do well. Ipswich away was one of the best away games I have been to and I was so happy during that so it's nice to see Adkins doing well.
  25. You also have to remember that our situation at that time was very different to today. Automatic promotion looked like a long shot and only a record breaking run got us there. Anyone can look back with hindsight. Could anyone have foreseen the amount we won after this? I know I didnt and if you are honest you probably didn't either.
