IMO it's very obvious that loads of high profile figures including Trump were up to no good with Epstein. He supplied them with young beautiful women who agree to sleep with them on demand in exchange for a lavish lifestyle with no strings attached. That's going to be attractive to a whole host of high profile people. Like you say, I don't think it's going to change much of anything really, he's certainly not going to resign or anything like that and will just deny it happened. I expect it's because some of the people on the fan board appear to be lgbtq themselves or have stated that their priorities are that sort of thing.

It all depends on if Labour can deliver. If they actually do something meaningful here and don't get stopped by the left of their party then they could do something. If they fail to show meaningful change before the next election then no one who wants immigration control is going to vote for labours version when the real thing is available to vote for.

I expect if the Labour Party members have their way she'd be high up the list.
