Saints set up web page to leave messages for Jay Rodriguez
hypochondriac replied to Marsdinho's topic in The Saints
So has he not received a load of messages already then? Does he really need a ton of messages saying they feel sympathy for him and are sorry? I'm sure he is already well aware. -

Well you must think your opinion really matters if you are writing on that website! -

People can feel gutted but why do they have to broadcast that on this website? If you know him personally then fair enough but I imagine you would talk to him in that scenario. -

What a ridiculous overreaction. It has shades of when the sun asked everyone to pray to Beckham's ankle. Utterly pointless. -
Would be the smallest club ever in the prem surely? I would absolutely love them to make it though.

Would you change positons with Sunderland?
hypochondriac replied to Barry Sanchez's topic in The Saints
Yep. And to be honest I've seen a load of seasons where saints have played well or finished fairly high up the league. I've never seen us win a proper cup. -
Eh? Where did you hear that? If that is the case he could be our future!

We have zero chance of begovic.

We don't need another lb as we have targett. For me we need cb, gk, striker and a pacy midfielder so 3 or 4 and all of them first team players.

They would be an example of a team who have done very little. -
That clearly isn't the only reason. If he was premiership start date we would have kept him

Good time. I did the new York one in 2009 in about 4 hours 40

The only reason I want to stay in this league is if we have a genuine chance of winning something. If we go down in say a decade having done nothing but finish mid table or below then what is the point? Look at the likes of Swansea, regardless of what they do going forward they have won a cup and no one can take that away. -
I had problems with some idiot at Admiral. Bloke reversed into me and refused to accept liability. He decided to take it to court and Admiral said they would sorted but it turned out they did nothing and so the court found in the other guys favour. Obviously I kicked up a huge fuss and eventually I got to speak to the guy in charge who kept my no claims and paid out to the other guy (it was a shame but at least I wasn't affected.) anyway the point of me telling you that is that I would suggest making a fuss and speaking to the people in charge. They can usually sort things and employ some more common sense.

How is it harsh on Mayuka? He wasn't good enough and has been farmed out on loan. Wanyama maybe but to be honest I expected more for what we paid and on quite a few games he has stood out for the wrong reasons (Fulham away being particularly poor.)
-
We have had some duff signings in the last couple of years. Ramirez, Osvaldo, forren, mayuka. I would argue that even Wanyama has been underwhelming this year. For the money paid that's a hell of a lot wasted.

No wonder everyone thinks you're a ****ing ****

Never saw the original comment in fairness.

In all seriousness though it is sad for her family and kids. Thankfully they are one though so won't be as adversely affected as they could have been.

Bob must really hate Mondays now.

Personally it still makes me shake my head in disbelief that so many so called fans insulted and shouted down the greatest player in this clubs history.

Financial results for year ending 30 June 2013
hypochondriac replied to trousers's topic in The Saints
Why is it not for us fans to speculate on what she meant? That's what a message board is for and you are doing the exact same thing but saying she really wanted to keep him. -

And subsequently those in charge criticised the previous regime for the difficult financial situation. Let's be honest, it doesn't look like she was desperate for him to stay, she wanted to reign him in. As others have said, it was good that she stepped in before things got out of hand. -
Fantasy premier league knows nothing.
