  1. Definitely don't want to move into Block 20, some very strange people sit there............ please go elsewhere.
  2. The M4 and most of Cardiff was turned Yellow. Great day out and as was said at the time the best fans to have gone to Cardiff for a final.
  3. I would not be so sure with that last statement. Manure will probably go to ST holders, Citeh and Stoke will have limited availability but the others as I said above will be readily available.
  4. The away games allocations for next season. Arsenal - 3000 Villa - 3000 Bolton - 3000 but could go to 5000 Chelski - 3000 Everton - just over 3000 Foolham - 3000 Liverpool - just under 2000 Citeh - up to 3000 Manure - up to 3000 Newcastle - up to 3000 Naaarwich - 2500 QPhahaha - 2500 maximum Stoke - 2800 Blunderland - 3000 Swansea - up to 2000 Spuds - 2900 WBA - 3000 Wigan - up to 5400 So going by those figures I reckon only Bolton, Everton, Newcastle, Blunderland and Wigan will not sell out to ST holders, possibly Naarwich as it can be a mare to get to. This all depends on when the games are played of course so a Sunday tea time or Monday night game could mean more tickets available to non ST holders.
  5. Can't compete with us on or off the pitch!!! Deluded or what? Portsmouth South MP Mike Hancock said: ‘I hope it’s the start of a great relationship to have regular boat shows in our city. ‘Southampton has had the market for a long time. ‘But there’s more going for us than there is in Southampton. Like what Mr Hancock????

  7. Well here is the response I got from the FL have e-mailed them this morning with the links to the latest rip off of local charities. It is just about what I expected in that they don't seem to care one bit. Thank you for your email. The Football League Community Club of the Year award nominations are shortlisted after a review of all submissions is made by a panel of judges. These judges are made up from various sports industry and sports business/media personnel. A full list of judges can be viewed here http://www.football-league.co.uk/footballeagueawards/20120207/judges-2012_2293339_2315323. You can read more about the Pompey Sports & Education Foundation and the work they do here http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/community.aspx. The Family Award is again voted for and decided by a judging panel. We also might add that neither award has anything to do with club finances or spending, rather they are a reflection of the advocacy of families that visit the club and the work that the club has done to engage with supporters via a number of matchday events and activities. Thank you for contacting The Football League. Regards, Andrew Pomfret Customer Services Officer The Football League Limited Email - enquiries@football-league.co.uk http://www.football-league.co.uk
  8. For the Euro's no, Team GB at the Olympics maybe but I would prefer them to be resting on a beach somewhere before reporting back to SMS for pre-season training fresh and raring to go. COYRs
  9. What with the campsite probably attracting as many people as one of the 'Pack the Park' games this little gem came to light from an e-book history of Notarf Krap. In September 1930 aviation pioneer Amy Johnson kicked off a match for the Portsmouth Supporters’ Club Schools Cup and attracted an audience of 10,000 to the ground. So even in 1930 they could get nearly as many for a school game that packed the park in their hour of need. LOL
  10. For me it is Swansea, Stoke and Arsenal as they are new grounds. Also Wigan as I have not been there before.
  11. dissatisfying felling Is that trying to chop a tree down and failing? Are skates really that thick?
  12. Yep I was there that day, only 2 years previous we had shared 10 goals in a 5-5 thriller on the night HMS Sheffield was hit during the Falklands War. As a member of the IOW Saints Supporters club I met Steve Moran after the 8-2 game as it was our end of season dinner, Moran along with Lawrie Mac and a couple of other first teasers were there. Great night and great memories.
  13. Saints fans yesterday were immense. I do not care if you are 5 or 55 and dress as a clown, paint your face or wear fancy dress, your support yesterday was great. We did a 600 mile round trip yesterday for a game that was a 5.20 kick off on TV and there were 3,000 of us there. THAT IS FANTASTIC. There was NO noise from the home fans until they scored the second goal, all that could be heard was the Saints fans. Well done to all who went, the only sad ones were the chav home fans who abused people as we walked away from the ground, did make me laugh that one idiot walked past me and had to shouted "2-1", well done for that, hope that lessons next week will help the little cherub count past 3. ,
  14. Yep I was there and will be there tomorrow.
  15. Should never have come to blaming KD. The goal was down to FOX alone end of story. If he had not tried one of his hollywood balls then they would not have scored.
  16. Just been said on Late Kick off. Need RL fit now.
  17. Absolutely NO chance. I want Saints to win and I would never wear the shirt of another team. It was quite pathetic to watch the skates in WBA shirts that day, kind of sums up their little club. I would hope no Saints fans stoop to their level, lets end the season on a high with another home win.
  18. Everton, Blackburn and Wigan(if they stay up) as I have never been there and Stoke and Arsenal for new grounds. Will do Foolham as easy to get to, def not Chelski as it is a rip off. The will pick and choose depending on timings at weekends etc.
  19. All that training during the week and you still can't dance, we've got no chance on Strickly Come Dancing.
  20. Upper tier South Stand at Twickenham.... got some funny looks shouting YES GET IN when checking the iphone and there was not a lot going on in front of us.
  21. Antonov or Dubov?
  22. Much the same as the Skates then...... so where are they? Bestest fans™
  23. The police will be all over the message boards so if there is any intel to be had about possible trouble then the police numbers will increase accordingly. Sad little club if they feel they need one last hurrah at their more illustrious neighbours.
