I can't agree with much of this. Pochettino is a quality coach who has improved the players as individuals and as a team. I would have thought that fairly obvious to anyone that watches Saints regularly. Likewise there is much quality within the first team. If that isn't obvious then explain why else so many are so regularly linked with top clubs.
