Difficult to tell what state any team is at the moment. That said, doesn't look like Spurs have started well here.

That grew into a fantastic performance. First goal will be vital for any team at the moment and it was a really good take by Ings to give us that. After that we were really the only team in it. That'll probably be enough to see us safe I reckon, we might even be able to climb into the top half after that.

Obafemi could have done better but the defender had done a better job of cutting off the ball the Ings than it looked there. Oh that's game over! This has been a perfect game for shaking off the rust and getting some confidence!

It always felt like he was spiritually linked to The Dell. That last game he drew every last bit of magic left out of that place for one last moment of utter perfection.

He's 19! He's a good player and obviously has great potential, but expecting him to be the finished product now is utterly ridiculous. You can count on one hand the number of strikers that have been at his age. I reckon we'll see him gradually improve and become more and more important to the team, similar to the way JWP has done.

I'm watching on the Premier League channel, 'tis just the natural noise.
