  1. If he goes it's for big money - and a sell on clause is essential. Replaceable.
  2. He doesn't see us as a proper club. Not just us - any side not in the Prem. Fair game and different set of rules to him. Not good.
  3. Puncheon has painted himself well and truly into a corner. Nicola will sell him for a good price, whenever it suits him. In the meantime, he can fester well away from my team.
  4. Only one - has to be MLT. Puts Maradona in the shade.
  5. He feels he is too good for Blackpool now they are no longer in the PL. He seems to think he belongs in the PL. Deluded. He can't even get in our first team. On the form he has shown for us he deserves to be training with the stiffs.
  6. A few pics from the Brisbane Saints Promotion Party at Moo Moo Brisbane
  7. Brighton needed him more than us. They were sh1te at the end of last season and only went up falling over the line. They are desperate to stop heading straight back to League 1.
  8. Hey Matt any joy with those photos from the Promotion lunch? Can you stick them up on here? Or email them to me and I'll do it?
  9. See it's available for pre order. That is all. Still under wraps as far as I can tell. Will have aap3 on it as the sponsor, and probably won't be Blue.
  10. I like allsorts. Coldplay are a top band. Anyone who claims they aren't is just being derivative. Very Rock n Roll. Nothing wrong with the mainstream.
  11. Obviously it does, but my point is that the void could quickly be filled by the private sector if it all goes tits up. Then we would only have services that people really needed rather than the bloated public service Gordon the **** Brown left us with.
  12. I think the public sector and bankers are both basket cases. Neither adds any value to the economy in a real sense. Bankers just gamble with other peoples money, nice work if you can get it but you need the right tie. Public sector just spends other peoples money. When all this goes tits up the only people making a living will be those who contribute something of value, be that a product, or a service.
  13. I'd be delighted to see Bridgey back at SMS.
  14. Training. Hmm. I get up at 5am to travel an hour twice a month to do my training 7am - 9am. Then I have a full days work mostly getting back home about 9pm. And if I don't deliver value for money and win new clients, I don't get paid. Then again I work in the private sector so most of the public sector will think I am talking a different language.
  15. Personally, the foreign players that have given me the best memories are: 1. Pahars 2. Killer 3. Egil 4. Claus 5. Belmadi
  16. Sounds great - love to. But might be heading back to Uk for a trip for the first time since getting here 3 years ago!
  17. No Fonte? Ridiculous.
  18. More fun than accounting for sure. Is he over there again on his Qantas airmiles?
  19. Ben Haim being measured for concrete boots as we debate. Allegedly. Transfer embargos don't work at Pompey anyway, they are just on paper and they are allowed to do what they want fully sanctioned by the football authorities via Lampitt. Allegedly.
  20. Cheers Swanny - that'll be me then! Give Dudds the heads up if you get the chance!
  21. That will be Brisbane Wolves, with fresh air second and Rochedale Rovers third!
  22. That will be Brisbane Wolves, with fresh air second and Rochedale Rovers third!
  23. A Pokie is a Fruit machine on steroids. Its an Australasian thing.
  24. If you're VAT registered I believe it's 6 years from when the enquiry window closes on the year in question. So on 1st February 2012 you can chuck everything from before 6th April 2004. If you're not VAT registered its 12 months so on 1st February 2012 you can bin everything before 6th April 2009. Or if you've ever been in the accounts department at Pompey, shred everything now. HTH.
