Haha, they've got even more 'in game' bedwetters that us!
-
Or possibly COVID. Smith said they had a couple of 'Covid issues'
-
Despite what some of the sillier comments from pundits Newcastle won't have limitless funds and very much doubt they would be bidding enough to tempt us (c£50m) or him (c£150k a week). They will almost certainly be concentrating on loan signings from here and abroad and any players deemed surplus by 1 of the big 6 who would be willing to come for around their current money to get games/get back into their international teams, e.g. Lingard

My son is going via Gatwick Airport and Cambridge, not quick but quite cheap from Havant

cUnacceptable inconsistency and appalling standard of referees

I said (more or lees) exactly the same thing Minsk, although our expletives may have been different! -
I also thought it was a Pen. The red card is basically automatic once you've decided it's a Pen
-
I am thinking more of the same, i.e. encouraging good runs followed by an inability to even get a draw against 9 men, overall though I do feel some of our signings can give us more depth and options from the bench so will go for a mildly optimistic 12th-15th

I'm happy to see him leave permanently but I also wish him well at Anderlecht
-
My take is that Grealish must be going and they are desperate to get their buying done before it goes public. (like Liverpool when Suarez left
-
Well (I think) we only picked up 2 points from the equivalent fixtures last season, so 3 points after 8 games will be an improvement š¤

You can download her ticket for her.

100% agree, very sad to see him go. Need to get in someone who has the pace stamina and skill to match Bertie at his best
-
Top read as always š

If I'm being relatively optimistic I'd say 8 points, 2 wins and a draw from the home games and a point somewhere away, but probably a more realistic guess is 6. Being pessimistic we surely can't get less than 4 points, can we?
-
Let's hope they draw and we win tomorrow!
-
Defending first half not good enough. Forward players not sharp enough and crosses mostly poor. All in all a very bad day. We need a good day soon
-
Will it be rearranged, they might have to forfeit
-
Ditto mine also arrived today, can't believe they actually 'pushed the button' to send to the banks until Dec 31st
-
Just a hunch but I think Adams might be carrying a knock, my guess he will make way for Danny (and Redmond for Djenepo) with a view to Adams starting against Arsenal the following Wednesday
-
Similarly I have been living in a PO postcode for 38 years and a season ticket holder for longer. I doubt 'The Cat' ever saw Mick Mills play for us - let alone Martin Chivers,
-
I think every team would be happy with the couple of extra days after the internationals. Certainly not scared of Wolves based on their recent form. If we have close to a full squad to pick from then I would be very hopeful of at least equalling last year's draw.

I've never spotted a Saints representation either!7
-
My refund also appeared today. Exactly 1 nineteenth of the ticket price, i.e. excluding the original £1.25 transaction fee!
-
Well I like West Brom, I find their fans (generally) pretty friendly and a definite cut above either Villa or Wolves. Their team however looks pretty bad with a particularly leaky defence, cue a desperate 1-0 or 2-1 defeat š

Happy to say thanks and good luck to P-E H. I certainly have no hard feelings towards him but (like most others) don't see him as a regular starter for a top 4 team.
